Punk: Zoi do not like to bored, as such he doesn't like to spend time doing think he don't know how to do or or he just generally find boring, he likes to feel strong and powerful, which is why he likely never made it further than sergeant. And he is arrgonat to other people in general, seeming as loner type.

Feelings: Zoi tends not to show his feelings, and when he does they come out in extremes.
He will rather walk away from an argument than fight to win, to not loose his cool. He fight the same way. Even if deep inside he is simply angry and sad, because he didn't savve his parenst, Which he blames the shinigami for, and angry because that how he is. But on the outside only a facade of cool is shown.

In battle: He keep his face cool, but fight with passion, even if he does not show it. He preferes to start weak and then slowly go all out

Quincy Abilities:

Reiryoku Absorption: Zoi is a master at absorbing spiritual energy, he can sense reiatsu at incredible rates, and as such often aware of everything that goes on around him. He can absorb crazy masses of reiatsu which, empowers his attacks, making his arrows some of the most powerful among the quincy.
Reiryoku Manipulation: Zoi on the other hand is terrible at manipulating reiatsu, he constantly enjoy abosrbing power, and feeling powerful, but when he is to manipulate it he can barley create the shape of a bow. And the arrows he fires are shaped like beams or spikes.

Sanrei: as one of the few Quincy who are a master at absorbing reiatsu, Zoi wears a quincy glove which greatly empowers his level, which is another reason he is as strong as he is.

Items:
since Zoi is useless at manipulateing the power he gathers, he carries a vast set of different items. His bow is not made of reiatsu, but is rather a technological wonder, that simply steals the Reiatsu he aborbs, and as such he will not need to gather reiatsu, it is very sturdy as it is pumped with reiatsu, and is capable of blocking weaker attacks.

He also carries, a lot of hollow bait, to lure hollows to him.

His quincy cross is build into his bow and is shaped like a Jew star.

Seele Schneider: the sword of a quincy, Zoi carries one of these, it increases his spritual power, and the sword is bright yellow like his arrows, it function like chainsaw, and he never uses it as a arrow, and carries only one.

Silver tubes: Zoi carries an enormous lot of these, he is useless at manipulateing reiatsu and cannot create them himself, therefor he makes sure to have them mad, and carry them often, to make up for his lacks.

Hirenkyaku: the quincy flash step, his flash step is not very fast, as he is poor at reiatsu control.

History/Background:

Zoi Became a Quincy at a very young age, already when he was born he had a large reiatsu himself, feeling presences around him, as a child he liked to watch the local shinigami jump around, as he was able to see souls, he saw how he helped soul pass on, tho he had no idea where to, and he never dared speak to the shinigami.

As he slowly grew older, he tried to ehlp souls pass on himself, he did so by helping them with their last wish, whether they were evil or good, he helped them, and he helped many a soul pass on. He became really good at finding out were soul were, as he could feel their reiatsu at a great distance. And he always went to help them when ever he felt them, even if he was in school, which explain his attitude and lack of education today.

When he reached 18 years, he bought himself a motor bike, he had helped many a soul here, but it did not seem like there were any problems here, and he drove trought japan in search of souls to help. As such his parents gave up on him and thought he had gone insane, but he just smiled to them and said.
“A mans gotta do what a man gotta do” and he left his parents, driving around japan on a motorbike. He made his money by stealing from people, mostly the ones he thought could afford it or doing everyday jobs now and then. And he stopped in town to help souls. He drived around for many years.

One day he met a soul he could not help, he tried many a time, but in the end the man turned intoa hollow, Zoi had never seen a hollow before, and it was quickly drawn to him because of his strong reiatsu. He tried to run to his bike and flee, but the hollow could follow him even on his bike, and as the sped around, slowly more and more road was destroyed, in the end Zoi got tired of fleeing, he stopped and got off his bike, he move forward to fight the hollow.
Even tho it cost him 4 days in the hospital apparently he had manged to defeat the weak newly born hollow. He did not understand were this hollow came from or what it was.

Later Zoi had returned home to visit his parents, but the house was crushed, and he learned of the death of both his parents. He could smell, taste and sense the reiatsu. It was a hollow, it was only a week ago and he sped after it. He biked to a nearby grave yard were the hollow resided, and he charged it, this time he lost. In the end he was on one knee looking up at it, he wouldn't give up and would charge the hollow again. But before he could an arrow hit the hollows mask, and crushed the hollow. This was Zois first meeting with a quincy.

The quincy explained everything to Zoi, and he was taken in by the old Quincy and tought to fight like a quincy, even if he was powerful, he had never been a good student, and he never mastered reiatsu manipulation, which is important to the quincy, instead he learned to fight with a real bow and a sword. And he became ready. His master died of old age not long after. And Zoi left the village to hunt hollow.

He came home again and confronted the shinigami who had not saved his parent, he killed him as he wanted to place blame somewhere, after that he found the Quincies and was trained with the other.

Zoi Cabal parked his motorcycle and got off, he opened the seat and took some stuff from there a can beer, a gun and a metal object. He closed it again and locked the bike, he look harshly a child whose eyes seemed to want to touch the Bike, then he walked into the park in his untraditional quincy robes, his sunglasse hiding his eye, white hair set back he frowned and stopped in the middle of the Park, he looked for random popping Hollows, he hated those, always did they seem to pop up. Put tha was not why he was here, he had heard that Karakura held people with strong reiatsu, he was interested in these people. Zoi was going to gather the Quincy and make new ones.

He stood right there in the middle of the par and folded out the metal object into a bow of metal, Zoi had never learned to summon a bow instead he had been given a bow that could process arrows for him, cause he was no good at creating them himself.

He pointed into the air gathering the nearby reiatsu into his bow powering it up, then he released a quincy arrow into the air in the shape of a great orange bow, something only people with strong reiatsu could see as Quincies, shinigami and hollows. This would be recognized as a signal, by any quincy a signal that meant, MEETING!!
