Kazuhiro is more of an open person that just likes to relax and take things easy. He is more of a socialize, talking on friendly terms with almost anyone he comes in contact with. Kazuhiro has a tendency to slack off on duty, being found sleeping on rooftops or drinking sake instead of performing his duties sometimes. He is very loyal to his team and friends, and will even risk is life to save another.Appearance:
When in battle, Kazuhiro focuses completely on winning the battle, and doesn’t hold anything back. He acts rashly sometimes, and tends to overexert himself. When fighting with another shinigami, he’ll makes jokes every now and then to lighten up the situation a little.
Zanpakuto Spirit:
Kazuhiro is a thin young man that looks to be about 18. He stands at about 5’9”, and weighs about 122 lbs. He is thin, yet fit from training. He has hazel eyes and grey-blue messy hair that just sits flat on his head.
When on duty, he wears the traditional Shinigami uniform, while carrying his sword on his left hip. When he gets off duty, he wears a black pants, white shoes, and white shirt along with a black, button-down jacket. The upper left sleeve has a white bandage wrapped around it. This is from a past incident that occurred when he was younger.
Masami Ren (Elegant Beauty Water Lily)Sealed Zanpakuto:
Masami Ren is a young girl with power over water. She has long blue hair and wears a purplish ribbon in her air. Her eyes are dark bluish, matching the necklace that she wears. She also wears a long blue dress. Masami Ren is actually similar to Kazuhiro in several ways. She is happy and fun-loving, often found swimming around joyfully when Kazhiro enters his SoulSpace. Though not very logical, she often helps Kazuhiro with advice whenever he gets stuck in a tough situation.
Shikai Description:
The sealed Zanpaktou is a normal katana with a white hilt. The hilt is in the design of a water dragon. The ring around the top of the hilt has no designs. The hilt of the sword is about 1/2 ft in height, and about 2 inches in width and length. The ring has about a 1 inch radius. The blade, from base to tip, measures around 2 1/2 ft.

When the Zanpaktou transforms, the base turns into a normal red hilt with an aquamarine base. The ring transforms into a water emblem, and the blade becomes an elegant, yet simple blue water blade that draws all its power from the wielder. the hilt of the sword becomes 1 ft., measuring the same height as a ruler. the emblem is about 1 1/2 in long. The blade, from base to tip, measures 3 1/2 ft.
Ocean Splitter: By swinging his sword, Kazuhiro can send a wave of water at the enemy strong enough to leave a decent wound. Attack direction can be changed, though doing so uses up a lot of reiatsu, meaning that controlling the wave becomes quite difficult. The wave is about 2 ft long and 5 ft wide from tip to tip. The wave is enhanced with Kazuhiro's reiatsu, allowing the wave to cut through certain objects.Bankai Description:
Raging Spiral: Water begins spiraling around Kazuhiro, and by pointing his sword at a target, a burst of water shoots at that target. Maintaining the spiral uses up reiatsu, so Kazuhiro can keep up the attack for about an hour. He can also use the water to block certain Kidou-type attacks, though the attack would have to contain lesser or equal amount of reiatsu then used to block. The spiral has a 1 ft diameter, and wraps around Kazuhiro, giving it about a 6' height.
Slashing Spring: By focusing his reiatsu, Kazuhiro can crating a stream of water that emanates from his blade. The stream surges towards a target with crushing force. After the attack makes contact with an object, it detaches from the blade, and creates a large puddle on the ground. The stream is about 3ft in diameter, and can extend to the length of 6 ft before it must be detached from the blade. The force felt due to the reiatsu contained in the stream is equivilent to 236 lbs.

History/Background:
Kazuhiro is the son of a shinigami and wife. His father had high hopes that Kazuhiro would become a shinigami like he was, though Kazuhiro never showed any signs that he could be one. Around the age of 81 (looks to be about 12), Kazuhiro was lying down on the roof of his home, when he nodded off. During this time, he had a dream where he heard water. Then a girl in all blue appeared in front of him smiling. She began to speak, but the water in the background prevented Kazuhiro from hearing what she was saying. Just then, he was awakened by a strange shinigami guy. According to the shinigami, Kazuhiro was radiating a strong amount of reiatsu. “I don’t know what you are talking about. The only strange thing that has happened to me was the strange dream with that water lady in it,” was Kazuhiro’s remarkRP Sample:
That night, Kazuhiro’s parents discussed the matter with him, suggesting that Kazuhiro think about becoming a shinigami. Kazuhiro did not want to go at first, since he liked his lazy life where he was. It was then explained to him that if he didn’t go and learn to control his reiatsu, he could become a danger to those around him. Since Kazuhiro was not one to try and hurt anyone, he agreed to join the academy to become a shinigami. His other reason was to learn about the mysterious woman that apparently is part of who he is.
For the next 90 years, Kazuhiro trained in the Academy to perfect his skills and control his power. Once he graduated from the academy, he was assigned to the Gotei 13 Division 13. For the next 12 years, he performed his duties assigned to him, though he has been caught slacking off quite a bit. Though not a seated officer yet, he plans to one day become one of the highly seated officers in his division.
Up on a rooftop in Seireitei, Kazuhiro lays quietly resting. There is a nice, calm breeze blowing, which feels absolutely wonderful. Just then, a superior officer from Division 13 walked up, and noticed Kazuhiro sleeping on the roof. “Hey; Kazu… Stop laying about and actually do some work for a change.” Kazuhiro lazily gets up and rubs his head, looking down at his superior. He slowly gets to his feet and jumps down, looking exhausted. “Man, can’t even get a little shut-eye today… Aren’t there enough people running around today?” The superior officer sighs heavily, and gives Kazuhiro a frustrated look. “That’s not the point. You’re a shinigami, meaning that you have duties that need to be completed. You already cause enough problems with your laziness…”
Kazuhiro just laughs at this comment, and then takes a sigh. “How about this; if you beat me in a fight, I’ll get to work. If I win, I get to take the rest of the day off.” The superior officer gives Kazuhiro a strange look, then takes out his Zanpaktou. “You really are a stubborn fool. Every time you do this, you end up losing.” Kazuhiro gives a short laugh, then takes his Zanpaktou out, getting into a battle stance. “Doesn’t mean this time will be the same. Swim below the ocean’s surface; Masami Ren!” Kazuhiro’s Zanpaktou glows, then transforms brilliantly into a bluish sword. He then jumps up into the air. “Maybe this time I’ll get lucky…Slashing spring!” A large stream of water shoots from Kazuhiro’s sword, violently heading towards the officer. The officer sighs, then disappears using the flash step ability. In an instant, he reappears behind Kazuhiro, delivering one slash to him. Kazuhiro, who didn’t make an attempt to avoid or block, took the hit and fell to the ground.
The superior officer, landing on a nearby rooftop, sheathes his sword, and turns to Kazuhiro. “You need to try harder when in battle. You could easily put up a worthy fight if you actually tried for once. Still, a deal is a deal; get to work.” With that, the superior disappears once more using the flash-step ability. Kazuhiro gets up, after smiling a bit, sheathes his sword and jumps up onto the roof he was laying on not that long ago. “I would try harder, but there’s no point in trying harder when it doesn’t matter. The only time I’ll ever try harder is if I get into a higher position.” With that, Kazuhiro began jumping from building to building to get started on his duties.
