Age: 99 (Looks to be around the age of 20)
Gender: Male
Personality:
Yee love's his silence. He rarely speaks to others; for fear that they soon will change from friendly acquaintances to deadly enemies. He will only act freely to his closest friends, and only have fun with those he can trust. But he is always in constant suspicion of acquaintances. One must work extremely hard to gain his trust; and some wonder if it's even worth the effort. He never goes anywhere without his Zanpakuto. For at any time a battle could occur. He is very loyal to the very few friends he can make; for they mean the world to him. He does not like to open up to others, and the words he speak are a peek into his thoughts. He respects rules and regulations; but he will not hesitate to break them, if he feels he needs to. To protect family and friends he will do anything.Appearance:
Height : 5'10''.Zanpakuto Spirit:
Weight : 150 lbs.
Hair : Black, and always short, around 3/4 a centimeter.
Eyes : A dark brown.
Yee is slim, with a slight muscular body. He has not reached his full height nor weight, but is constantly working his body to remain in peak shape. His skin color, is a darkish tan, with scars along his back, knuckles, and on his right side.
He has pierced ears and usually wears a crystal or black diamond earring.
His normal attire is an open Shinigami uniform, with no undershirt. Much like Kensei Muguruma when he was part of the Gotei 13.
Tempest. A panther that talks with a quiet, deep voice. Tempest is about 6 Feet tall and roughly 8 Feet long head to tail. Tempest's fur is a deep black, with a few small, white streaks throughout the hair.Sealed Zanpakuto:
Tempest also has grey eyes, and grey pupils.
Tempest also has the tendency to doubt if Yee is up to the task of a new ability or challenge, he appears as if takes on a quiet demeanor with his soft, whispery voice, but actually speaks a lot with no regard for how Yee will feel when he undermines his power.
The Inner world is that of a black, tiled floor surrounded by light grey clouds, with a constant slow breeze. Depending on Yee's emotions; anything other then Happy or content, the breeze can turn into winds that are silent, but grab at your body.
Tempest, Sealed is just an ordinary katana, but the hilt and guard is a Dark Grey, and the blade itself is the a Darker grey, that seems to reflect and glint in light.Shikai Description:
The blade is about 3 Feet long, and 1.5 inches wide.
"Breathe, Tempest!" is the release phrase of Tempest. The Zanpakuto's blade disappears and it is replaced by wind. The reiatsu shapes the wind into a blade that is sharper then the original katana's.Shikai Abilities:
It also is more resilient against Kidou and physical attacks, due to fact the wind is leaden with reiatsu.
It looks very much like Jin Karaiya's (bount) hands when he manipulated the wind around his hands but in a sword form. However, against an opponent with a higher amount of reiatsu the sword would be less effective.
"Hurricane Blast" Phrase used when Yee swings Tempest at an enemy and a destructive burst of wind leaden with reiatsu fires out. Instead of using the wind to cut, it uses it to blow the enemy back at a break-neck speed. Usually into a wall or object.Bankai Description:
The attack is very powerful for the first 20-30 feet, but it dissipates very quickly if any further. It also fires in a dimension of about 5 feet high and 5 feet wide. Because it is only effective because the wind is leaden with reiatsu, a person with a higher reiatsu would find it easier to resist or possibly complete ignore the attack if his/her power was great enough.
This attack however puts strain on Yee's body as Tempest must be constantly supplied with enough reiatsu to keep the blade in shape. ** To be used Once every Five posts**

History/Background:
Born in the "ghetto" of Rukongai, Yee was used to harsh times. He wasn't always a silent, weary individual. He used to be a very trusting, and loving character, that didn't have any suspicions or worries about anyone. He grew up with his "family" of three other boys and four other girls. They were little grungy kids that did not answer well to authority, and stole their food to eat. They had a blast. They thought they'd always want to live the life they had, because for them it was perfect. That is until... the day they met him.RP Sample:
One day a stranger by the name of of Kanimi came claiming to be a new soul, and asked if he could stay with them for he had no where to live. Yee was quick to say yes, as he had always been one to trust strangers no matter who they were, or how they looked. His family had other ideas though, they thought this man was strange and that he should be here. But since Yee was the oldest, he had the the "voice" of the family. He had no problems with the stranger staying with them. It was fine for a time, they went about their business, living their lives stealing and scrounging for food. But one day, a shinigami showed up asking Yee if he'd ever seen the man depicted in the picture in his hand. Looking at the picture Yee immediately recognized Kanimi that came to be known as, "Big brother". He quickly said no, he'd never seen this man before. And then running back to their little alley, he quickly told the others about what he'd found. As soon as he finished, "Big brother" started screaming at them, "Did you tell them anything? Did you recognized me?"
"No... o-of course not. Your my brother!" Yee stammered.
"YOU LIE!" the Kanimi replied. Quickly striking Yee unconcious he started his violent rampage on the others.
Yee awoke to find himself inside a room in one of the homes in Rukongai. Wondering how he got their he started calling out for the others. Only to recieve no reply, he started to worry yelling louder. A few moments later, a female Shinigami walked in with a strange look upon her face, which quickly turned to a look of pity.
"Where am I? Where is my family?" questioned Yee.
"I-I'm sorry, your ... family... is gone." replied the female shinigami looking down at the ground.
"Gone? Gone where? BRING THEM BACK TO ME!" Yee shouted angrily.
"They were murdered by one, Yakitori Marakes, who is on the run for murder of multiple victims."
Yee screamed in frustration, and fear, and hatred. His hatred grew until he became so overcome that he tried to run out the door to search for his family's killer. The female shinigami had to call for help to restrain Yee and help put him to sleep. Yee awoke later in a daze, and upon remembering what he had been told earlier that day he started to cry uncontrollably...
The Shinigami's came up empty-handed, for Yakitori Marakes, was proving to be extremely elusive. Yee told them everything he could about him, but in the end it was futile. Yee was later sent on his way, after a few months of searching they had not found Yakitori. Yee had become silent, and unresponsive in the months that had passed. He would never be the same. He would never find his family's killer, and even if he did what could he do?
A year later, Yee was walking through the streets of District 13, when he stumbled upon his family's killer. He watched as Yakitori walked into an inn and disappeared behind the doors. Yee followed in a daze, he couldn't believe it, after months of searching the Shinigami's had found nothing, and here Yee was a whole year later, and he had stumbled across him.
The daze Yee was in started to quickly evaporate. Hate. Hate filled his head, it clouded his vision and clouded his thought. "He killed my family..." Yee thought to himself. Memories flashed before his eyes; his family happy running around, him stealing food for his family, and they laughing about it afterwards... and then the scene of carnage shown to him after the murders.
He ran into the Inn, yelling at the Innkeeper, "Where is the man's room that just checked in?!?"
"T-That info is C-Confidential. I'm s-sorry." stammered the Innkeeper. Yee grabbed the front of his shirt and spoke through clenched teeth, "Which room?" Crazed look in his eyes visible, the innkeeper quickly decided it would be in the best interest of his health to tell him.
"Last room on the left." Yee through the innkeeper out of the way and started toward the door, as his shaking hand reached for the door it opened. Face to face, Yakitori did not recognize this young man, but the murderous glare in his eyes was impossible to ignore. Yakitori going on instinct crouched to the floor and upper-cutted Yee. Yee hit the ground with a dull thud before scrambling to his feet to tackle Yakitori. Yakitori may have been stronger, but Yee was deranged with emotion. Sadness, anger, hatred. All he could think was "This man needs to die." Yakitori grabbed grabbed Yee by the neck throwing him into his own room, and closed the door ready to run. The door exploded behind him as it was ran over by Yee. Yee grabbed a wooden stool by the door and broke the chair over Yakitori's head with it. Yakitori fell to the ground bleeding and in a daze. Yee then grabbed the broken leg off the stool and stabbed it into the back of Yakitori's neck. His body instantly going limp.
Yee got up in a daze and left, after hours of walking he was soon picked up by the Shinigami. They charged him with murder and decided to put him to death.
"Wait! I know this young man..." stated a shinigami. Yee looked up to see who could possibly know him, for he had trusted and talked to no one since the incident. It was the female shinigami he'd first seen when he'd awoken from being knocked unconcious a year ago...
"He killed a mass murderer, who was responsible for the deaths of thirty-two souls in Rukongai." she said.
"It doesn't matter, a murder is a murder. Just because he killed a murderer doesn't make it okay." replied a big shinigami.
Yee said nothing through the entire exchange but somehow he knew he would not be persecuted. He decided to think of what to do now that his family had been avenged... So caught up in his thoughts he hadn't heard the shinigami ask him a question.
"Will you?" asked the female shinigami.
"Will I what? What are you talking about?" replied Yee.
"Will you allow us to enroll you into the Academy for Shinigamis?" the female shinigami asked again.
"Why? I have no special skill, and I do not think I'm very strong."
"Strong enough to take down a man bigger and more experienced then you."
"Only I had anger and determination on my side. I was half crazed with hate, my vision even took on a strange red haze."
"Will you? Or will you take the alternative, be tried by Center 46, and most likely be found guilty, and possibly be executed or put in jail for life?"
"If those are my only options, then I suppose it's off to the academy." Yee said unhappily....
The academy had the most grueling and challenging tasks Yee had ever come across. He barely skimped by, with the lowest of marks. It wasn't because he was incapable or having trouble, he just couldn't find the motivation to try hard. He made no friends, and very few people could even remember his name. He never went out of his way to answer a question or help someone out, and he never under no circumstances talked about his past.
Yee found kidou challenging but when he put his mind to the task he found that he could complete some of the incantations successfully. Swordsmanship came easier, he learned quickly and developed his own style of fighting; shunpo became his best ally. He learned to manipulate shunpo with his swordsmanship and became an excellent sparrer. Though never using a katana in actual combat, he found that he was quite comfortable with a sword in his hand. However... his hand-to-hand was terrible. In every match or spar against another classmate he would lose... badly. He fought like a brawler, constantly swinging and hoping for a hit, while taking a multitude of shots everywhere on his body.
"I hate this... It's so pointless I'm never going to join the Gotei 13, I have no purpose being here." he thought to himself. As he again struggled to control his reiatsu needed for kido spell Shakkaho.
"Need some help?" asked a nearby student who Yee remembered to be called Jahama Kai.
"No I think I have this." he said as he called upon his reiatsu.
BOOM. The spell exploded in Yee's face as he had lost focus and released the spell without an incantation.
"Hahaha, Here watch. Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south! SHAKKAHO!!" Jahama yelled as a red ball of energy shot across the canyon to explode across the stone wall on the other side. "It's all about focus and control, learn to think of only the spell and everything should be okay."
"Oh, okay I think I understand now." replied Yee. He recited the incantation yelling, "SHAKKAHO!". His own ball of red energy shooting across the canyon to make a deafening explosion on the other side.
Jahama stared wide eyed at Yee, "Wow! That was amazing, you must have put some reiatsu behind that!"
"Umm, I don't think I put that much, I'm not THAT tired..." Yee said, for he had only been paying have attention to the spell, and more on who this individual was talking to him.
"Wow, you must have a decent amount of reiatsu then! I'm more into hand-to-hand combat, I think it's fun and exciting." replied Jahama. Yee was hesitant to continue his conversation with Jahama, as he had not made a friend in school for the past few years. But eventually they started to hang ou more often, and even became friends.
A few days later...
"Wow our first hollow assignent! Aren't you excited Yee?" queried Jahama.
"Not really, more nervous then excited." answered Yee.
"Okay students! Listen up! We got informed that there was going to be a group of hollow soon arriving at this location, so we decided to give you your first test!" started the Shinigami Instructor, "Be careful! This is a live excercise, a life or death experience. Protect yourself, but more importantly protect your comrades."
A deathly howl erupted through the night, freezing the students into place.
"Quickly now! Into formation! Pick a hollow with your groups, and bring them down together!" said the Instructor. Yee and Jahama quickly gathered to the left side and took on the red hollow that seemed to be in the shape of a four legged beast.
"Okay, we should go for the legs to ---" Jahama started just as the Hollow charged them. "DAMN LOOK OUT!" he yelled as the hollow bashed him in the side that sent him sprawling. The fight was chaos, everyone was panicked and started to swinging wildly at the hollow hoping to get in a lucky shot. Two classmates we're unconcious before Jahama had even gotten up. Together, Jahama and Yee approached the beast. However, a hollow from another group suddenly broke off hitting Yee in the side, before it was brought down by the group closest to them.
Jahama stared at the beast, and jumped to attack. The Hollow took the hit without a scratch and pinned Jahama to the ground. Jahama screamed in agony as the hollow pushed down and started to crush him. Yee rushed forward to save his friend only to hit the Hollow and cause no damage. "W-What the..." SMASH! The hollow back-handed Yee so hard that he flew into the wall behind him smashing into it with his head. As Yee sat there dazed and nearing unconciousness, he saw Jahama, staring back at him with unseeing eyes. Dead. Just like his family... Anger welled up into Yee, his dazed state forgotten, his battered and bruised body ignored, he charged the Hollow and brought the full force of his swing upon the mask of the hollow... only to cause a small crack. In which the hollow roared and grabbed Yee throwing him back. The groups that had already brought down the beast quickly dispatched the hollow. Leaving Yee to slip into unconciousness.
Yee awoke in Fourth Squads Barracks. He was sore and bruised, but he knew that was nothing to the pain he'd soon feel. Jahama was dead... and he hadn't done anything to save him... "It's not your fault," Yee told himself, "that hollow was impossibly strong, nothing you could have done would have helped." "That's because I'm weak," Yee argued with himself, "Other groups had dispatched their hollows quickly and efficiently, even though we did not, I still could have done something... anything to save Jahama." "I'm a failure..."
Yee graduated alone and feeling unsuccessful. It had been two years since that fateful Hollow incident. And he could not help but feel as though his skill was still mediocre at best. "All I'm good at is shunpo, I guess it's good for running away like the coward I am." muttered Yee. "I'm good with a sword too, but it's no use since I don't have any power to put behind my swings."
He constantly argued with himself, he knew he had to get stronger but how? "A Zanpakuto, he finally had one, he had been drawn into his spirit world have graduation to be bonded with a Panther, with grey eyes and streaks, inside of a cloud on a tiled floor. He had almost lost his mind. "I must learn shikai. My own Zanpakuto says I'm not yet ready to learn it because of my power. He says I'm not ready to protect, because I'm too weak to protect myself..." Yee remebered being almost lectured about his lack in strength. "That is my goal... to become strong enough to protect Soul Society, and any friends I may meet."
Months turned into Years, he constantly trained himself rigorously. Harder then he'd ever worked before, he constantly worked his body to it's extent, practiced shunpo and swordsmanship, and spent hours upon hours using Kido up in the mountains of Soul Society. He had not joined any squad in the Gotei 13 as he had been practicing every skill and technique he'd ever been taught.
One day, his Zanpakuto spoke to him while he was practicing swordsmanship. "Yee... it is time, you have worked hard these past few years, and I believe it is time you learned my true name." the panther said. Excitedly, Yee sat down and focused. He focused on being one with his zanpakuto and focused on entering his spirit world. When he opened his eyes he was on a tiled floor, inside a large grey cloud. He'd been here before. "Hello?" Yee called. Looking for the panther.
"I am here, Yee" said the whispery voice of the panther. Yee thought it sounded different, deeper and perhaps it was his imagination but... bigger. As Yee turned around he was confronted with a monstrous Panther the size of small dinosaur.
"AHHH!!!" Yee screamed scrambling back. "Who are you? Panther? Why are you so damn big?" Yee was petrified, this cat could kill him in a second he was sure.
"This is my true form, now that you are strong enough to hold my true form inside of you, you are strong enough to hear my true name... Are you ready Yee?" Yee nodded slowly. "We will use this power to protect those important to us..." the panther began, "Together we can create winds, we can make a small draft or an unbelievable hurricane but with a simple breath... now hear my name, it is... Tempest" the panter whispered.
"Tempest..." Yee said. Withdrawing himself from his spiritual world, Yee sat upon the rockly cliff of the mountain staring out into the sky. The winds at this height we're strangely calm today, they had not been blowing wildly at all around Yee. He remembered, "... We can make a small draft or an unbelievable hurricane but with a simple breath..." A breath... this is his power... this is what he will use to protect all and grow stronger...
"Breathe, TEMPEST!" Yelled Yee at his Zanpakuto. The blade of the Zanpakuto disappeared, instead leaving a new blade made entirely out of wind. Yee could feel it he could put his hands on the "wind-blade" and somehow it felt harder then metal, somehow it was sharper as well.
"I do not know if you are ready for this," Tempest said, "this is a technique that should be used against all that mean to do us or others harm..." Tempest told Yee the phrase and then warned, "I do not know if you have enough reiatsu to use this..."
"We can only try..." Yee said. Gathering himself up he called upon his reiatsu and faced a stone wall. He breathed heavily expanding his lungs, still calling up every dredge of reiatsu.
"HURRICANE BLAST!" Yelled Yee, as he swung down with his Zanpakuto with all his might, instantly a massive force of wind leaden with reiatsu pushed itself out of the blade and slammed into the stone wall. The stone wall was completely destroyed. Yee fell onto his back, almost completely drained. "Now..." he thought to himself, no energy to speak, "I must gain strength, to use this ability repeatedly."
And so Yee started back down the mountain, to integrate himself back within Seireitei, and back with the Soul Reapers.
As Yee walked into the Dojo looking for a opponent to spar with, he was disappointed with the lack of activity. There was absolutely no one there, except a wooden dummy with multiple sword indentations.
"Well,", thought Yee, "what the hell..." and started to thwack at the dummy with his Zanpakuto. He started with just a few test swings, to hit the wooden dummy and test it's durability. It seemed pretty stable... So he tried to cut off the right arm of the dummy, only to find that the wood seemed impenetrable passed the first inch! "Strange." thought Yee, as he started to hit the dummy using his full strength.
After a about twenty minutes of hitting the dummy, Yee had begun to get mad. "What the hell!" he muttered. Five hits later he screamed in frustration, "HURRICANE BLAST!" The dummy disappeared as well as a huge chunk of the wall. He could see outside into the street. "Crap," he thought, "now there's a whole in the wall, and I look tired..." He quickly stepped through the hole and almost jogged away from the scene.
