He is a man of few words towards all humans around him, that talk about his belief in ghosts or souls to be idiotic for a man of his age. But to spiritual beings or those who can see and believe in spiritual beings he is kind to and caring at a level of honor and pride. But he gets annoyed at people who he fights that take him as more of a pretty boy then an experienced fighter, simply because of his looks and his always calm and serious attitude. He usually spends most of his time trying to find out the new power that he has buried within his soul. He usually spares the life of those who try to kill him, simply because he tells his enemies "Ice's beauty can never be tainted by your pitiful and dishonorable blood...." But he has perfect team work because, he has almost pin point accuracy with his arrows, making it less dangerous for a partner. But despite all of this he thinks as the blue sun's organization as a brotherhood rather than a organization.Appearance:
He is a man that is 5'9 and weighs, 134 pounds. He wears a male kimono with long big sleeve's that drop about a foot and a half from his arms, that is white. He has a mixture of pure white with a thin layer of a icy blue in his hair. His hair it loose and smooth and travels from his head down to below his back side by 4 inches. He also has the symbol of the blue son on his right arm and inside of the left sleeve of his kimono. But with his astounding health he looks allot younger than a man almost 30, he actually looks about 24-27.Quincy Abilities:
Materialize Bow- His reiatsu condenses with collected spiritrons, forming a metallic looking bow, which is actually a finely carved bow of ice, made from his icy reishi. The bow is permanently, attached into his right hands palm, when materialized. But his bow doesn't have a draw back strings always. The draw back string condenses and forms itself when Omachy is ready to fire an arrow.Skill Level: Marksmanship: Advanced
Materialize Ice draw back string- Omachy’s reishi condenses around the none icy normal draw back string, and makes the blue reiatsu string, appear to become glassy and more stiff. Allowing, Omachy to channel his reishi into his arrows while they are formed by the spiritrons, giving him the ability to fire Ice arrows at a slightly slower rate than his standard quincy arrows.
Ice Arrow- After the ice draw back string is materialized; Omachy can fire ice arrows from his bow. Because of the Omachy mastering his art of the ice arrow the stiff draw back string doesn’t affect him at all, the pull back time and power is the same as his standard shot just with an ice affect, and not a killing one. Also instead of puncturing like a normal quincy arrow, his ice arrows spread out of contact freezing an area in a circle that is 3 inches from the tip of which the arrow connected.
Note:Because of the ice draw back string being apart of his reiatsu, which normally a quincy doesn't use, it weakens his defense againest reishi, and physical attacks. Also because of ice in in a spirit form isn't really suppose to bend, after 10 shots the draw back string will break and will take, 20 minutes for omachy to regain his ice reishi's strength, in which he can then re-materialize the ice draw back string.
Standard Shot- It takes Omachy 10 seconds to pull his draw back string to collect enough spiritrons, to create a full sized charged piercing arrow. But he can also pull it back half way taking up 5 seconds but reducing the power of the arrow to on half the power of the 10 second fully charged.
Rapid fire shot- Omachy can pull the draw back string to about 1/10 of the maximum firing arrows at a maximum speed of 10 shots per second. But each arrow is 1/10 in power compared to the maximum draw back shot. Omachy can shoot up to a maximum of these of 450, after 300 rapid fire shots his hands get exhausted making it difficult to pull the string all the way back for a full sized arrow, making the draw back after this number become 20 seconds for a fully charged shot. If Omachy stops shooting after the 300 rapid fire point he cannot continue from where he left off until an hour goes by and his hands have relaxed a bit.
Heizen-This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!”
Gritz-This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!"
Wolke/Volcore-This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Uryū uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. It is activated by the command "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!"

History/Background:
Past Brith-16: Omachy was a boy born by the widow mother named Shibikimai Indishiro, his mother was a widow because his father was killed falling off of a Japanese fisher boat, during a terrible storm in the winter, which was when he was born. He lived in the northern part of japan at first, where a close member to the family who’s entire family lived by the way of the samurai, named Shyuki Binkida, who was Omachy’s mentor, and teacher of the way of the samurai ever since he was three years old, and able to hold a light bokken. Omachy lived with the old man more than his mother, because the old man lived closer to the school that Omachy was attending at the time, making it easy for him to get academic’s and use the art of the samurai as a code of honor and pride in his studies. As Omachy got older his knowledge of the katana grew, but even greater was his ability to use the yumi, the samurai’s version of a bow and arrow, but also Omachy enver really paid attention with his intense training that only at the old mans place he saw shady blurred figures, and that for some reason the air was always cold instead of warm like it should have been in spring.RP Sample:
At the age of 14 Omachy had learned many un armed techniques of the samurai along with, great knowledge of the katana, and almost mastery of the yumi. At age 15 he was finally able to his the eye of the cork target. Sadly at the age of 16 the old man died of a heart attack, because of the stress it had brought from training Omachy for so many years, and mentoring him, but to remember him Omachy took one of his white male kimono’s that was big so he could grow into it. Omachy didn’t want to disturb the life of his mother after the old man had died, and went on his own way with the skills and the code that the old man has passed down to him. He took a long trip to Tokyo where he continued his last few years of high school. But even while in school he still practiced his yumi bow skills rather than his katana and un armed skills, simply because he had almost perfected the yumi and continuing it would make his master very proud. As school went on he lost some of his honor and pride as a samurai, as he got more caring and soft to some people and merciful. Then one day the shady figures become clear and focused, but Omachy didn’t really pay attention until one day, he saw something that interested him…
Near past, and fairly present: Omachy was one day walking from school to his part time job, and then his peaceful apartment he had bought. He one day took a short cut through the training spot he had used to practice using his yumi daily. He saw a strange man standing there with a white suit with a blue inside and a blue line going down the middle. Making a bow an arrow out of pretty much nothing with an unlimited supply of arrows to shoot it seemed. He talked to this man for what seemed like minutes but ended up being hours, about how he made that bow and arrow and the man also told and taught him about collecting spiritrons and what reiatsu was and how to mold it.
At first Omachy didn’t really believe the man and went on to his home since he missed a day of work. He rested and went back to school until he graduated but he used to skip gym so he could goto his training spot and attempt to create a bow and arrow, but every time he failed simply because something didn’t click right. Then months later Omachy graduated high school but didn’t go to college. Because all of these things appearing, stated as spiritual beings it was very taxing on his studying.
Omachy was still able to make a fairly successful living, and now over a course of 10 years of experimenting and encountering more spirituals beings, and learning more about spiritrons, and reishi, and these beings that he was seeing. At the age of 26 Omachy was finally able to sustain a bow and arrow formed from his 10 years of practicing the molding and collection of spiritrons on his own experimenting. He then learned all about his maximum capabilities and the basis of the logic behind his bow and arrow. Then one day just before he turned 27 he gained the ability to infuse his bow with an icy reishi that he had possessed changing the properties of his arrows. He then took up a nick name as the Chilling Crusader, because of his hair and his kimono being white, and the ability to create these ice arrows. Over a course of 3 years he has mastered his art of creating an almost perfect ice arrow.
But through that course when he was 27 and a half, an organization was keeping a close eye on him called the blue sun organization. They told him that there were others like him, and that if he came he could go past his limits. With his obsession of making his old master proud he followed in the ways of the organization, mastering his yumi (bow and arrow) skills to a high degree. Also when he was there he was taught these so called silver tube techniques that were common amongst most of the people there, in which he found out were called quincy and that he had taken on quincy powers, from all of his hard work. Omachy is now a slightly known member of the organization but he thinks of it as a brother hood because of how much they share, he plans on being with them for a long time, and following their beliefs and ways.
Omachy be walked into the woods one day, having a wonderful peaceful time with nature. Until he heard some rude crackling sounds coming from the tree tops, he would turn around and see a so called weak classed human sized hollow. Omachy would say, “Please leave, it’s your only warning…I don’t wish to spend this lovely day with trash such as your self…Well carry on then.” Omachy would then turn around as the hollow would roar as a small red orb gathered in it’s mouth, Omachy would turn back and say, “My way is to kill you since you have to care for your life, those of others, or the honor that I hold dearly to myself….” Omachy would say this as he would get into a stand where his right side of his body faced the hollow, as he stood tall and opened up his hand as a metallic bow that was really ice formed in his right hand. Omachy would condense his reiatsu around the open piece of the bow that had to string as a glassy string was formed, Omachy would pull back as the hollow continued to charge this blast, as Omachy pulled in his fingers was a medium sized arrow made out of ice, Omachy’s hand would halt once he had pulled as far as he could. He would let go as the arrow shot forth and hit the hollow in the mouth shutting it’s mouth, thus stopping the blast from charging.
Omachy’s bow would then turn to dust as he reached into his kimono grabbing two silver tube’s containing reishi in a liquid form. He would poor it into his hand and sling it towards the hollow as he would say, “A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!!!” as a dome would come from the ground entrapping the human sized hollow, as a quincy 5 way cross appeared on the front of it. Omachy would sling the next silver tubes liquid into the air as he said, “the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!!!” as it would turn into a transparent box that he would use as a moving slicing wall and make it crash through the dome of his restraining frames as a huge square would be left inside of it. The dome would crash down , as it would reveal the hollow inside dead with it’s head sliced completely off.
