Aiko is normally seen to be just a little hyper, and just a little off the wall at times with the things she might like to do, but she can definitely be serious when the need arises. She would much rather be having fun then being serious for sure, though she doesn't slack at her work, in fact she seems to get everything done rather quickly.

At times she is also known to look as if she is coming down from a sugar high, taking a long serious moment to jump think about something when she thinks she's not being watched. If someone were to see this they'd probably realize that most of her hyperness is a front. She's got a lot of things she keeps hidden, but that comes with the kind of things she's always done.

Appearance:

Aiko had always been small, but it was actually a boon rather than a hindrence in the way that she was. She came up to about 4'11, with a kind of petite body style, though she definitely looked cute. A smaller hourglass figure than what someone larger would have, enough of a bust to not easily be taken for a man, the rest of her figure destroying any chance she had of disguising herself as a man. She would not seem to weight much at all, probably being picked up by just about anyone who wanted to, especially if they had any kind of spiritual pressure.

She has black hair that is cut rather short, a little above her shoulders with her bangs a little longer than the rest of the cut. Deep purple eyes had always given her a rather exotic look, which would probably get her in trouble down along the road of life. She wears a rather revealing ninja outfit, no sleeves, a short skirt to it. It's a purple outfit following a theme of purple, a sash tied about her waist to keep the outfit together with a bow in back. A mask is tied about her neck, ready to be pulled up to cover most of her face when it is needed. Other than that, she has sandles that strap almost up to her knees, and arm wraps that tie about her middle fingers and to up to her elbows.

Hollow Mask:

Aiko's hollow mask definitly reminds you of a fox in a way, though it doesn't have the muzzle, it instead has the normal looking hollow teeth in the manner of a muzzle. Long ears poke out of the top of the mask, possibly being used as horns if absolute worse comes to worse. Rounded head comes down to angular cheeks, which curves in till the chin, then curves in yet again to meet the bottom.

Slanted eyes from the out to in going downward, with red marks curving in the direction of the slant, but up or down toward the eyes. In the middle of the forehead is two red marks that make a kind of circle and start between the eyes, but don't quite make it. Instead of a muzzle there is a nose just below and in between the eyes, which starts a black mark that follows the upper lip and curves up almost to the outer edge of each eye giving the face a bit of a sleek look.

Hollow Powers:

Bala - Aiko is able to fire a Bala out of her left hand only, probably due to almost always having her sword in the other hand.

Inner Hollow:

Shadow Fox is what Aiko's inner hollow seems to go by, though it seems to change it's form each time she sees him. Sometimes he's just a normal little black tinted fox that can speak to her, other times he takes on a much more fearsome expression of himself. Fox's in myth are thought to be shapeshifting tricksters, and this is much the way that Shadow Fox seems to act, so she can understand why they might be thought of as such.

One of his manifestations looks like a fearsome demon like creature, all black like as if he were made out of shadows himself. Wings with long talons coming off of the top, horns that sprout out of his head, two black tenticles which come out of the side of his head where his ears might normally be. A black muzzle with razor sharp teeth sits under eyes that clow red with infernal hatered, with almost half a foot long talons for fingers. No feet, seeming to glide over the ground with bottoms that move like pure darkness.

This inner hollow definitely seems to change with the kind of mood he is in, whether he wishes to help Aiko or not however doesn't seem to change. Even if he is in his fearsome manifestation besides a creepy voice and manner of speaking, he always answers her call, even if he is a little cryptic, though that could be considered normal for the Fox.

Zampakuto's name:

Bishamon

Zampakuto Spirit:

Bishamon is his name, apparently named after a god of war in the ancient past of Japan. He has pulled over him a rather ragged looking cloak at the bottom, though he seems to have nice pauldrons upon his shoulders. Under that he would have a black leather chest piece, going along with the darker colors he would also be wearing grey pants that resemble Shinigami style, and a grey cloth that hangs from his belt between his legs with designs until his knees.

Black leather straps would adorn his hands a little past his wrists, with grey wraps under them. The straps would connect to fingerless gloves over the grey wraps. He seems to wear greaves under his pants, with the plates of metal extending all the way to the tops of his boots. Even his hair which would go to about his shoulders, though his bangs are a lot shorter than the rest of his hair.

Bishamon's home is a very traditional Japanese home, though it seems to be made during the warring periods as it has a wall around the outside of the main manor. Everything seems to be in good repair, though it isn't a huge manor, it at least has a few rooms and such. Even with such a small abode Bishamon acts as if he is a lord, almost as if he was always the one Aiko would answer to.

Un-released Zampakuto's Appearance:

Bishamon starts out as a ninjato strapped behind Aiko, the hilt is on the right side so that she can grasp it easily enough. The weapon looks fairly unremarkable, black hilt wrapped in the normal manner, with an average looking black square tsuba. The blade was just a little more curved than what you might expect of a ninjato, though it wouldn't draw much attention at all.

Shikai Release phrase::

I release you Bishamon. Let your anger burn.

Shikai Appearance::

Interestingly enough Bishamon turns into a rather large Odachi, well large comparitive to Aiko that is. The whole sword is just about as tall as Aiko is, and going from a ninjato to this size is definitely interesting to say the least. The hilt is curved just slightly toward the end in the opposite direction of the blade itself, with a metal tip on the end of it in the shape of a decorative claw of some kind. It doesn't seem to have a tsuba, though a rather interesting blade comes from where it would be, making a covered hand hold where normally the blade would start.

The actual main blade continues from where the tsuba would normally be, but it has the same kind of wrapping as the hilt on the first part of it. Right after this second grip is where the actual cutting part of the blade starts, curving forward a little before a rather sharper than normal curve back. Unlike a normal katana, the back of the blade is only flat till about half way down, where it is sharped making the very tip of the blade very sharp.

The hilt is a little longer than a normal sword, about 12 inches or so. The blade from where the tsuba would normally be comes out to 38 inches, the second grip is about 5 inches from the hilt, and is about 5 inches itself. This would make the blade coming from where the tsuba would be, about 11 inches long as it comes toward the hilt about an inch.

Shikai Abilities::

Scorching Burst - With this attack a rather large cone of fire blows out of the pomel of Bishamon. This is a rather slow attack even if it does cover a fairly large area, it wouldn't be too hard to dodge if someone was quick enough, or not taken off guard.

Blazing Cut - A thin line of fire shoots out in the direction that Bishamon is swung. This attack is a lot quicker than Scorching Burst, though it is much less of an area attack. It can only create up to about a 12 foot line, it's a little harder to dodge than her other attack due to it's speed, but it's not a sure thing. The one thing it can do is cut through most materials, though not very far as it looses oxygen enough to sustain itself.

Inferno - A small red orb charges up at the very tip of the sword, after about a second it fires at the area that Aiko wishes. When it gets to a predetermined point it explodes into a ball of fire, taking up about 10 feet of space or so. A rather small explosion considering, but enough to catch someone who was only dodging one of her cuts.

Bankai Description:

Seeing Aiko's Shikai would make the the shape her Bankai takes look rather odd in comparison, though once you saw what it did to her powers it would probably start to make sense. The sword actually shrinks to about the size of a kodachi, a little shorter than a katana making it a one handed weapon, but a little longer than the ninjato that the weapon started out as.

The sword follows the same kind of style as her Shikai, the blade being curved foward just a bit and then sharply back. Even the hilt still seems curved in the opposite way a normal blade would be, with the metal claw-like protrusion as the pomel, but this is where the similarities end. This manifestation of Bishamon actually has a tsuba, an amazingly intricate one at that. It's kind of shaped like an oval, though the top seems a little more circular, and the bottom seems more pointed.

Two metal dragons grasp the tsuba of the sword, facing upwards almost coming to a meeting at the top, but stopping just a little before doing so. A blade coming out of their backs, centered at their neck and wings, up a little from their bodies and covering a little more than themselves. The underside of the tsuba is probably one of the most intricate parts of the blade, picturing some sort of gate or portal that the blade seems to literally rip through.

The blades of this sword are black, though there is a blood red streak that seems to run through the middle of them. The hilt messures out to be about 8 inches long, the tsuba seems to be about 3-4 inches from blade to blade, and the main blade seems to be about 20 inches.

Bankai Abilities:

All of the attacks that Bishamon gives Aiko turn black, increasing in intesity in the process.

Scorching Burst upgrade - The power of this attack it turned way up, though the speed is barely even affected at all, only Aiko is able to notice the slight speed difference.

Blazing Cut upgrade - The actual cut seems to thicken a little, becoming about 6 inches thick instead of the thickness of the sword itself. The cut seems to go just a little faster even with it's increased size.

Inferno upgrade - The speed of this attack is little different, though the size and damage potential seems to tripple.

Flame Cage - The blade lights with black flame rolling from the tsuba, stabbing the blade into the ground a couple inches the fire seems to disapear into the ground. Within a couple seconds it will burst up from the ground making a cage around the target, even extending under the ground. This attack can be done in the air, though it is a lot less powerful than when it's attached to the ground for some reason.

Inferno Mine - During a fight Aiko can charge certain Inferno shots to actually absorb into the ground and explode only when she wishes it. Placing either a touch sensitive trigger to the attack, or exploding when she says "Inferno" without wanting to charge another blast.

History/Background:

It's not quite clear if Aiko was born in the Tokugawa Shoganate or if she was born before then, but one thing everyone realizes is that she at least lived through it. There's also another figured truth that Aiko isn't her true name, though they're pretty sure she's had a few other names in the years she has been around. She might not look that old, but some of the things she's talked about to a few people puts her as being around during that time.

Her history is really not known by many, but the long expression that she wears when in private shows that she has been through a lot. Most think she was a ninja during the Shoganate and into the Meji revolution, but are not sure which families she might have been with in those times. A few people have gone in search of her history, wanting to know if there was something they could use against her, but all have been sorely disapointed to find nothing.

To find nothing on such a woman would probably intrege some, others would probably wonder how no one knew anything about her during this time. Whether she had been a key player in the assassinations that had run rampant during those times, everyone assumes she must have been if she were a ninja around that time. Regardless of how many people look, the only thing they have been able to come up with is how she became a Vizard.

No one knows the age, but everyone understands she was being trained as a ninja when Aiko was killed. Something kept her to her life making her a plus, living like that for a while. Somewhere in the area a human with extra powers was tracking a hollow in the area, he had been chasing it for days thinking it had been the one to destroy his family. The hollow jumped over a wall only to find Aiko right in it's path, it tripped over her both of them rolling to the ground.

Aiko's soul chain had been slowly eaten away by despair, but with a hollow nearby now she probably wouldn't last long. He tried to eat her, but she was amazingly quick for a plus, dodging it's attacks with seaming ease. Something hit the wall they were fighting near and blew up, apparently the human was still after the hollow. In the moment of confusion the hollow tried to eat the girl, and yet instead something hapened to them both.

With the chain completely gone, Aiko's inner hollow showed itself, it is in this moment that the other hollow was killed and she would forever be known as a Vizard. What few understand is that the hollow that attacked her that day, wasn't quite destroyed, it had actually become a part of her.

RP Sample:

Aiko had been sent to destroy a merchant that had gotten just a little out of control, she didn't care as to what he had done to deserve such a killing, only that she was going to be paid for it. Approching the manor house which he had secluded himself in, she scouted around just a little bit. Off to the side of the building there was a patrol man wearing a daito set, when she saw him she remembered the other needs of the mission. They had wanted all of his men killed as well, apparently they wanted a message sent to whoever the merchant had bought them from.

The guard was taken out swiftly, it was child's play to slip around the corner of the wall he'd been patroling, place her ninjato into his chest and spin throwing him to the side while she kept going. Hopping up onto the rather tall wall, crouching she'd watch the patrols a moment while keeping herself close to the wall. It was night and there were few lights around this area so it would be beyond difficult for them to notice her.

Another guard was patroling the area between the wall and the nearby building, she would drop down behind him before he reached the opening, push her sword through his chest with her hand upon his mouth. After a moment she would throw him to the side carefully, knowing no other patrol came in that area. The other guard that came close though was just about to reach the opening, with Aiko having her back pressed against the wall of the building near the corner.

As the guard came near the opening Aiko would reach out, grab him by the shirt, and then pull while twisting him around a little bit. Sweeping out his feet with a quick kick, she'd place her underhanded sword into his chest just as his back hit the ground near his fallen friend. With that done, she would move along the side of the building stealthily till she got near the front. There was a bit of a porch to this nice building, it would make moving just a little more difficult as it was off the ground and might squeak.

There was a guard going in the paper door just a little ways away from her, she'd move swiftly, but silently up to the door sword in hand. Listening a moment she could hear that the man who had just entered was talking to someone. Taking a moment to listen for an opening, it came when they both went their seperate ways. The first guard was coming back toward the door, the other going in the opposite direction, back into the building some more.

She had got her opening, and as the guard was about to come back out the door he'd suddenly stop. He had a sword in his stomach, and it was coming from the door. With a pull he would fall through the door, Aiko would shift out of the way as the guard crashed through the door, and with the opening she would swiftly run inside and put her bloody sword through the other man's chest from behind.

Having vaulted into the room so quickly a normal person would have been a little disoriented, but she had noticed the other person the guard had been talking to was the one she was here to kill. With her main mission done with she'd scout the area from the roof of the building, seeing that he had been lightly guarded today, just as her information had said he would be. Letting out a little whistle, she would alert the ninja nearby that the job had been completed.

Aiko would let a smile slide over her features as a couple other ninja would join her upon the roof. Pulling down the mask that had covered her face, she'd slice at the air to let all of the blood she had gathered on her blade slide off, then sheath it quickly. "Hey boys, told you this would be a quick one. My information is never wrong."

One of the ninja would roll his eyes behind his mask, not pulling his own down until they were out of the area as they had been trained. The other one however seemed to regard Aiko with a bit of awe at how quickly she had dispatched everyone, admiring her for being a beautiful kunoichi. The ninja who hadn't seemed so taken with her would speak up then. "It happens with information gathering, one day you'll get the wrong info as well. Then what will you do?"

"I'll take them all out just as easily of course!" A little chuckle would come from Aiko as she said this, shaking her head as if it had been a silly question. Taking a moment to look at the quiet ninja, seeing his eyes take in her form in her black catsuit, a little grin to herself as she would get ready to leave. "Well, now that we're done, we should be getting back."

With that suggestion each of them would get ready in their own ways, shaping themselves back up into real ninja. With everyone ready they were off, back to the horses nearby that had their change of clothes, and then back home.
