seito zanpakuto is lighting based, his inner world is a giant mountain surrounding by clouds and it looks like a hybrid between a wolf and an eagle.
He has a humanoid body with the face of a wolf and wings of an eagle he is very unsocial he barely speak even to him but a trustworthy partner you can rely on

Sealed Zanpakuto:

A katana with opposite curving blade,4.30 feet long, light blue blade with a white guard that have a symbol in it "雷" kaminari which means thunder

"Chi ikazuchi" a katana in light blue flames and electricity around it the release command is "Hinote Ikazuchi"

Shikai Abilities:

Oni Arashi:an instant light blind temporally the opponent gives you the time to prepare an attack

Ichi Kiri:gathering a stream of blue energy in shape of a thunder launched to your opponent cause damage.Just to make clear is take time to prepare this attack it is not instant

Hiragana:a defensive move that use static electricity in order to weaken the enemy attack

Seito died in a small age by his father he was tranfered in rukongai an was adopted by one family that he has a real son about his age in the real world. From small age he posses significant amount of reiatsu and he was scouted and go to shinigami academy.He didn't give the proper attention to the academy so his results wasn't that good. He shows very talented swordmanship skills as and shunpou ,average kidou ability and poor hand to hand after he finish the academy he wondered in shinigami and the real world thinking of revenge his father for killing him in small age then he discovers that his father have been killed by a hallow the very think that is supposed to fight against.Then he starting to think which side has right shinigamis that protect humans or hallows that killing them this is something that he hasn't decide yet.

RP Sample:

The early sun touches the river's wide, soft ripples with molten highlights.Seito stand near the river of the karakura town, the town he grown up and murdered by his own father,this mix up of bad and good memories drive him crazy every time he thinks about it.Seito had sent in a mission but this is not the only reason behind his arrival.He also want to find about his father,countless nights he waiting and thinks about vengeance but now is the moment of thruth.

Seito first destination was a set location in order to take a gigai after that he quickly started to direct in to his old house.When he arrive he saw nothing but an empty house.Then he saw someone familiar one old woman that she resemble to him his child friend once had.

"Excuse me madame may have a little of your time?"seito says"Of course my dear how can i help you?"she answered"I am a distant relative of the family that they use to live this house do you know what happened to them?"seito says "i am afraid that this house had been abandoned for over 40 years"granny says.Seito stared at her with his deep brown eyes feeling something gives him chills then he yelled "What happened? speak fast i need to know" "Fine young man before 40 years this family disappeared without a trace police didn't find any clues that all i know"
Seito feels like someone pull the world out of his feet, his mind cannot stand that his family is vanquished and he did nothing.He thanks the old woman and then entered his old house after investigation he conclude that hollows eat the souls of his family.He had two feelings then sadness and joy he couldn't find which one makes him feels better

Plz come to your senses and look what you writing that all free stuff on the internet i bet that you have find and copy something in your character too should we go to prison together.Plagiarizing you make a big fuzz for something as simple as that i have already read the application FAQ you gave me enough time cause it is almost 6 days than the day i wrote the application nothing wrong hope that you doesn't mean the paragraphs (,)(.) etc
