Mainly the sort of bad guy who knows where to draw the line,he's a prankster mainly and very powerful.he also seems to dislike sitting around,so he kills hollow regularly.Has a grudge against Zaraki tho.

Appearance:

A lot like ichigo,except with red eyes and blonde hair(woo!)he wears his shinigami robes most of the time.

Hollow Mask:

Half is covered with red while the other is white.The mouth is fanged and the eyes have a sense of evil in them.

Hollow Powers:

Great requiem cero:this is a pure black cero that can destroy anything,as its powered by merlin's reaitsu.Greater shockwave:this ones power depends on the reatsu in it.It can destroy an entire city with enough power.

Inner Hollow:

Black and completely monstrous,this was a battle that took days for merlin to win.he is all of the darkness in merlins heart released.He almost killed Merlin,but he got trapped in six rod light prison and lost.He even shook up Merlin,who already knew what he was facing.

Zampakuto's name:

Zampakuto Spirit:

A man wearing a black cloak and loafers,Remzaki is the polar opposite of Merlins hollow.it likes to drift and helps out a lot.It also comes out more than most zampakuto's and is clumsy.

Un-released Zampakuto's Appearance:

A black blade that looks like Ichigos bankai but isnt as powerful.Mostly used for killing hollow,Merlin uses this state frequently.

Shikai Release phrase::

Rip and tear,RemZaki

Shikai Appearance::

RemZaki splits into two weapons,A long and weathered Katana,and a Catclaw with hooked blades on the sides.The two weapons are connected by a long chain.

Shikai Abilities::

Extend:This makes the katana shorter and the catclaw longer.CrazyBlades(yes i know this isnt very creative):this allows a combo that has multiple lightning bolts and fireballs to hit the enemy.

Bankai Description:

Remzaki turns into a mammoth blade as wide and tall as Merlin is.It also makes his clothes tattered and weathered.the blade also ha bandages wrapped around it.

Bankai Abilities:

UltimaStrike:this makes a series of energy waves hit the enemy and blasts him with a huge chunk of reatsu at the end.

Merlin grew up in rukongai and tried to become a shinigami.as he went up he started to feel confident and challenged zaraki.he lost and was injured.he started training for years and got his hollow powers.he yearns for the day he can get his revenge on zaraki.

Merlin attacked with the catclaw and struck down the hollow.that was the 15th one this morning.he knew something was causing this.he went to the park and found another one.He used white lightning to take care of it.he found some hollow bait on a tree and destroyed it.

With the personality, expand on it, because you did not give much detailsabout his actual personality as well as a couple things that aren't personality traits.

I'm going to tell you this now, if you want that to be even an iota of a possibility, you're going to have to expand on the app quite a bit. Also, that is not a personality descriptor, on top of which the more a person wants more power for their character on this site, the less likely to give it to them, because largely it makes us believe the individual is a possible godmoder. Not saying you are, just there are some individuals who prove to be when give even a modicum of power.

I have thing about binding OCs to Canon characters, well, more of a rule of thumb. Generally, don't do it. Unless, and this is a big factor here, you have gotten the permission of the person who is playing the Canon before hand and worked out the details of the backstory with them. If you do that it's cool. But if you don't have the Canon player's consent, then it's a no and needs to be changed.

I know everyone wants to be the Gary Sue, Ichigo, but give your character a bit more of his own identity.

Ok, the Shikai will have to change, dual zanpakutos are rare, and more so, to be given them you will need one hell of an app to be approved them.

Please, try to stay away from the Ichigo look... Individualize your character.

I'll point back to what I said earlier in the review in regards to OCs being tied to Canon characters here. But also, this is literally over two thirds of the history, and your character has apparently lived for 110 years, so there must be more to him. The RP Sample will need to be expanded as well.

Overall, individualize your character a bit more, stray away from the Ichigo look, expand on the descriptors. More so expand on his history and Rp Sample, as well as add a bit of spice to him, sure you gave him some strengths but is everyone nothing but strengths? Of course not. Stengths and weaknesses I'm personally a big fan of, so really get in there with the character and have some fun with it - not a quasi-carbon copy of another.
