Will only fight when necessary, though enjoys it very much when it happens. During a fight he will always smile, unless he's in a pinch. Then he gets pissed off. Respects superiors until they disapprove one of his actions or tell him he lacks somehing, in which case he craps out and will start telling off whoever said so to get a decent point through. When he's alone he usually sits down watching things going on on a Reishi-made action transmitor with a bored look on his face. He starts out calm with his underlings, but the second they disapprove of an idea of his or refuse to do something they can be expecting to be missing either their pride or their head. He enjoys fighting, watching other people fight, and talking with the other Arrancar until they make him mad. He instantly will start flirting with any girl he considers even slightly hot or sexy. He despises Quincys above all other species.Appearance:
5' 11" in height and 183 pounds in weight. He has almost knee length hair, but it seems to be shorter due to the fact that he keeps it in a ponytail, which makes it seem less than butt length, though probably 4" thick. The color of the hair is aquamarine, and is shaggy past the ponytail though well groomed and short cut before that point. He wears the usual Arrancar outfit though he usually wears the shirt open down the middle. His hollow hole is slightly to the left of the center of his chest. His remaining mask is placed as the right side of his nose's bone reaching over to the end of his cheek. He has an evil and thoughtless look in his eyes. His eye color is a really light yellow with a dark line around it. He is pretty skinny.Arrancar Powers:

He can also change his sword into a glove which allows him to shoot Ceros and balas at a higher level of power.
Sonido: Allows you to move a short distance at high speeds, similar to Shunpo and Hirenkyaku, however making a booming sound rather than the Shinigami/Quincy woosh soundZanpakuto's name:
Garganta: Allows you to open a dimensional rift between wherever you are and Hueco Mundo, and vice versa.
Bara: Originally, even as an Adjuchas, for whatever reason Kaindo never learned Bara. A hollow move which is like a big round bullet, which is a good description when you think about it. It is a red hollow Reiatsu ball that is weaker than Cero but maybe twenty times faster than it.

A white-bladed katana originally, with dark brown cloth on the hilt and handle with a light brown steel guard. About a two foot long blade and four inch long handle with the guard going three inches each way. Note that this is not an exact telling as it has the ability to tranform into one of three things: A shiny silver lighter with a red top, a bottle of alcohol, or a black cloth glove.Resurrección Release phrase::

Has two large black scorpion arms and a long black scorpion tail, along with scorpion-like black armor covering just about everywhere other than his head. His eyes also become completely black. Also on one of his arms rather than a claw he has a big armored blade.Resurrección Abilities::
Reiatsu Poison Sting: If he stings you with his scorpion tail, it will have different effects, but the amazing thing is it effects a very wide range of ability ranks. It most likely won't kill even unseated officers or other races in the same line of power, though there is a chance depending on Reiatsu level since the whole thing of effects is based on Reiatsu level to about 92%. The last 8% is just really based on luck and your immunity to sickness. However, even with that in mind, it still effects MOST Captain Class Shinigami and people of similar power (remember it's all based on Reiatsu level). Usually, though, people of that level of power only take subtle effects, like needing to use more effort for feats they can usually do as simply as walking or maybe causing drowsiness.Skill Level: Kidou: Advanced
Now, I'm just averaging this, but this is about how this poison works among different levels of power. On somebody of a Vice Captain's level, the poison will most likely cause something along the lines of nausea, lack of focus, and drowsiness. To someone of 3rd or 4th seat level (roundabout) it would most likely cause slightly more severe drowsiness and a small bit of nausea and sick feeling. To someone of a 5th through 7th Seat level it would be unlikely to cause fainting but it would be likely to cause depression, bad drowsiness, and a stomach ache.
To someone in the Espada it would probably have about the same effects as a Captain except for positions 9 and 10 which would most likely have similar effects to a Vice Captain (not that this guy will probably ever get in a fight with an Espada).
To a Vizard who hasn't reached bankai level it would probably have the same effects as a Captain, depending on whether or not the mask is being worn while the poison comes through. With a Vizard that has Bankai it would probably be either Captain level effect (for without mask) or ineffective (with mask).
For a Quincy... well I'll just round it around Canon levels for the sake of things. On someone of the level Uryuu had when he was in Soul Society it would probably have Vice Captain or 3rd seat effects. With someone of Uryuu in Hueco Mundo level, it would probably have just a tiny bit better than Vice Captain effects, and with Ryuuken level it would probably have Captain level effects.
Although his armored body seems like it would now be very heavy, he actually moves faster now than before entering Ressureccion (And for the admin that said this before, I don't mean uber fast, just faster.)

History/Background:
He lived his life as a regular human, until the day he had turned 83, when he died after being pushed down the stairs by his own great grandson, who was too young to have realized the consecuences of his supposed-to-be joke. However, fully aware of the fact that his great grandson was unaware, he still grudged against him, causing misfortions against him. Eventually, after many years, he progressed into being a Hollow. He quickly killed and devoured his used to be great grandson and moved on to devouring a large sum of souls.RP Sample:
Along with these souls aiding his increasing power, he also ate any Shinigami that decided to get in his way. Soon, however, these meager little power enhancings and fights had grown boring and dissatisfying. He started hunting and eating hollows along with his regular diet, and eventually went to Hueco Mundo to keep his feastings of hollows on a regular basis.
Eventually, after a nearly fatal battle with a large group of Hollows he finally reached Gillian level. After more than 400 years of eating other Gillians and hollows, he reached the Adjuchas level, and after another 28 years had reached an advanced level. He was wandering around the white sands, looking for a meal, when he came upon Gin Ichimaru. Gin instantly realized that Kaindo was an adjuchas level and made a deal the Adjuchas couldn't refuse: More power. He quickly agreed and followed Gin to his hideout, getting exposure to the Hogyoku, and thus being able to remove his mask.
After doing so, he joined Gin's group in the hopes of great conquest.
Kaindo stared out at the white sands, searching for an enemy since all the Arrancar in the training area he was in had all already been disposed of. He felt the sandy wind grate across his face. 'This is pretty boring,' He thinks. Kaindo walks towards the training room to see how the other Arrancar are doing in their sparring and possibly get in on some of the fun. He was half dead with boredom.
He gave a half hearted glance to his left and sees a female Arrancar with short blue hair running towards him, her sword drawn.
Kaindo sighs. "I should've expected this to happen. There's always some annoyance that you weren't expecting to happen," He mumbles this all under his breath.
The female Arrancar slashes down with her sword, aiming to kill the other Arrancar for no known reason. He easily blocks the sword with his forearm and swipes it aside, also brushing a few strands from the other Arrancar's face. Then he uses the same hand to run through her hair, charging up energy into his palm. "You're so unreasonable, it's stupid," He tells her, firing a Cero right then and there.
