Kaito walked into the dojo as the new VC of the 7th division his life had been a wash of paperwork and meetings he barely had time to relax let alone train and he could feel his skills getting rusty. Punching into the air he made a few jabs at an imaginary opponent switching his stance with each hit keeping himself on his feet. This of course was just a warm up, he smiled he liked the new open fight system the soul society dojo's had set up put your name down and wait in a room for an opponent now all he had to do was warm up until his opponent arrived. His zanpakuto spirit spoke into his mind "Now this is a true noble pursuit, better than those tea-parties and cloud gazing you seem to so enjoy, not to mention drinking yourself into a stupor at the Rukongai bars."

Hayashi slid open the door of the dojo. He ducked his head as he walked into the Dojo, barely able to fit through the door. The 3rd seat of the 8th division wanted to improve on his fighting skills, and the only way he knew how was to fight. Hayashi began to stretch without paying much attention to his opponent. When he finished the stretch he turned to the man standing across the room and unsheathed his zanpakuto.
"My name is Hayashi Gekidu, 3rd seat of the 8th division. What is your name shinigami?"

Tommyco sees Gekidu in the room with a shinigami.
Tommyco Chizu walks into the room and trys to see the fight.Tommyco then says to gekidu,Hows it going gekidu have you been training?Tommyco thinks back to the fight they had when he was drunk and how gekidu gave him a hard time.
Tommyco says to the other shinigami fighting him will not be easy.You should just try not to get your self killed.I was just about to go train but i think I can learn more for seeing you fight some more gekidu.You was my teacher so I will just see what happens with this fight.Tommyco sits down to see the fight.

Hayashi sees Tommyco walk in out of the corner of his eye. He was surprised that Tommyco was already walking around after last night. Hayashi then wondered if Tommyco even remembered anything about last night considering how drunk he was.

Tommyco sits and looks at gekidu.
Gekidu did you know the wandering warrior burned down.Good thing we ended are little meeting before then.My zanpaktuo is a fire so it would not be so bad for me but you.I don't know what kind of zanpaktuo you have but it would be bad if you and shu was in that fire.
Tommyco did not remember he was the guy who burned it down.But the bar will re-open in a new place in 2 or 3 days see you then right gekidu.So you guys can start your fight now.

Kaito finished stretching and smiled warmly at the two shinigami, "Nice to meet you both, my name is Kaito, Vice-captain of the seventh squad,(turning to face gekidu)well you certainly are tall, none the less it's a pleasure to be sparring with you". Kaito steps back shifting his weight into a defensive stance drawing his blade the silver weapon sliding out of it's red sheathe the handle wrapped in a bright red cloth."You may begin when ready", Kaito smiled, Gekidu looked like a fine opponent and he liked Tommyco the shinigami had a certain bluntness that he found to be refreshing from the normal hidden agendas in soul society.

Hayashi moved forward toward Kaito slashing downward with his zanpakuto in a diagonal direction starting at Kaito's right shoulder and ending at his left hip. Hayashi then drew back his sword and thrust it forward with the tip heading straight for Kaito's left shoulder.

Kaito raises his Zanapakuto blocking the first attack and side stepping the second snapping his right foot up at Gekidu's elbow, Bringing his foot down and slashing three times, twice in downward criss-crossing strokes creating an X pattern, then once across horizontally going from left to right shifting his weight back to center in order slightly reducing the strength og the last swing but giving him an easier stance to move from. Drazzels voice speaks into his mind "Good form, this is truly a noble art, THE ART OF COMBAT!".

Hayashi matches the first two slashes evenly with complimentary crosses and the intercepts the third slash by holding his zanpakuto vertically with one hand on the handle and the other on the flat right side of the blade at the top. The two blades make a plus sign and come to a halt. As the slash is blocked Hayashi raises his right leg and thrusts the flat of his foot into the chest of Kaito.

Kaito feels the shift in balance as Hayashi raises his leg, driving forward and left into the block he spins around to the mans right pushing off and taking a step back and calls out flinging his free hand forward "Bakudo 4: Hainawa" A rope of energy flies out of his hand wrapping around Hayash's arms. Charging forward he slashes viscously at the mans shoulder bringing his sword down in an over hand chop, then spinning around he roundhouse kicks at his ribs snapping the foot in and then resettling his position.
