With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
Yukino looked at Daigoro when he spoke, '' Trust me, Tommyco. As much as I want to hit you back, grovelling like this won't make me want to hit you more. I have the utmost respect for you, Tommyco, both as a teammate and a friend. But, this fight is necessary to rein your emotions in. If Captain Soifon does not wish to fight you, I will ask to take her place..." Before it seemed as if he was actually a smart person, well all assumtions of him being on quickly faded. Soifon, still angry replied. ''Bullshit.'' She said. Haha, Yukino would have said the same thing if she has a mouth the size of Soifon.
Yukino then looked Sayuri, "You disrespect my Captain's orders and disrespect my Captain herself only after disrespecting the Vice-Captain and your own 'friend', and also made a hostile action against me when I had done nothing but stand there... and you think we could have been 'friends'? You are a deluded fool. Too late now you say? It was never a possibility to be begin with." Her response wasn't exactly friendly either, but considering the situation it honestly wasn't surprising.
And just when Yukino was going to get ready some random shinigami, obviously unseated, came there and threw a bag of weapons at Tommyco. Well that could be considered a threat, or even an attempt at death do to the weapons flying over the heads of Omni members, and squad 2 members.'' That wasn't a smart idea Tommyco. Each second your paving yourself to hell, and francly your starting to burn.'' That was the honest truth, Yukino was actuallly suprised at the fact that Soifon hadn't either demoted him, or will sliced his head off. She's given him multiple chances, and each time he fails to get a grip on reality. Well all of that would be resolved today, she was just disappointed that she was the first one to face him.
Now it was time, Yukino withdrew her zanpaktou, before it was all the way out it shined due to the sun. The heat was killing her, so maybe she would go into shikai for the Hell of it. Her zanpaktou was completely out now, and it wasn't exactly the prettiest. The color was dull, the only thing that made her zanpaktou ``stand out of the crowd´´ was the identical pair of lavender ribbons and an identical pair of bells hanging from a almost-invisible string that hungfrom the grip of her normal sized zanpaktou grip.
''Don't flatter yourself, I refuse to make the first move.'' She said with an emotionless face and blue dead eyes that glared Tommyco.
"Ok vice-captain if would like for me to make the 1st move I will." Tommyco bowed to the Vice-captain as he got ready to attack.Tommyco then ran full speed at her and jumped into the air, it looked like he was trying to come down on her with a rolling kick,but in mid air he shunpoed to the other side of the ring and took out 4 knifes and threw them at Yukino.
Tommyco then started to run all over the ring as fast as he could just throwing more knifes at Yukino with a grin on his face.Tommyco starts to think "the only way I can win is if I can out think her and try to over power her.
Tommyco then shunpoed over head and said "Ye Lord! Mask of flesh and bone, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! hadou 33 Soukatsui" Blue cosmic energy is shot out of Tommyco's palm towards an yukino.

With that Tommyco jumped into the air, spinning around multiple times, and the just when he was about to get right into Yukino's face he flash stepped away from her. That was a stupid move, she could have easily jumped into the air and stabbed him with her zanpaktou. It was too late however, now four knives were headed towards her. The force he applied to his throw was mild, and the kifes could easily be blocked with a simple burst of spiritual energy.
The knives were now right next to her, luckily it only took her a second to release her spirit energy. With that, blue reitsu came from her small and slim body causing the knives to stop and then fall. Yukino kicked each knife one at a time with great force, causing them to go flying at Tommyco. Then he began to run in a circle, continuing to throw multiple knives at her. He should think before he acts, because that was an extremely stupid move. She simply jumped into the far into the air with a boost of spiritual energy from her feet.
The knives along with the hadou attack failed to touch her. The omni militia was in for a troublesome day if they'd have to continue to stand in a circle, knowing that each time Tommyco or Yukino fails to hit one another they're at the risk of getting injured, or even killed.
Yukino was about 20 feet away from the ground when she began to speak, '' Hadou 54. Haien.'' Yukino whispered as purple spiritual energy flew from her hands and headed towards Tommyco. When it made contact on the ground, right hwere Tommyco himself was the purple spiritual energy bursted into abolishing flames.
As the vice captain got out ofthe way of all his attacks he smiled at her and as see fired a hadou 54 at him. As he looked up at the ball of purple spiritual energy. Tommyco yelled "Bakudo 39" Tommyco Summons a shield made of condensed reiatsu used for blocking attacks; it is weak whilst moving, but stronger when standing still.
He put it over head to block the attack.But Soon after the hadou 54 breaks down the shield.Tommyco just used the move to get away from the attack.When the hadou 54 hit the ground the air was full of smoke and dust.
When the dust and smoke cleared Tommyco was laying on the ground with blood coming from under his head.There was no way tovfill Tommyco's reiatsu or a heart bet. There was also no to tell if he was even still living.Tommyco just layed in a pool of blood not moving at all.
"Every Body looked and started to think did she kill him? It looks like he is died.So this is what they do to people in a so called trial.I think I may try to get out of this crazy squad."They said things like this looking at Tommycos body laying there.

Yukino flew back to the ground to see Tommyco dead, and even if he wasn't he'd soon be. Yukino pointed her zanpaktou at Tommyco and sliced his head off. Well that's what the 2nd division was for, right? Quick kills.
OOC:hold on don't kill him I did not tell you to he druged him self to look dead so he can get out of the fight.)
Tommyco Shunpoed out of the way of the vice captains blade only making him get a long scar on his face over his left eye." come on was you really going to kill me? Tommyco thinks "things did not go the way I planed with this."
I druged my self to get out of the fight. I was not going to try and fight you this soon anyway vice-captain. I give up you win." Tommyco bowed and threw down a smoke bomb to the ground and tommyco tryed shunpoing to the captain.
He bowed and said "I will not ever act out anymore captain." as Blood ran into Tommyco's eye.

(I'll go with Tommyco on this one, and say his character isn't dead. >.>)

Soifon saw Tommyco act dead, a trick that she, as a professional assassin, saw through, then looked at Yukino, "Are you satisfied with this battle?" She asked her, ignoring Tommyco entirely as he blathered, and even as he got close. She didn't fear him, and there were too many people around that he could never outrun.
She wasn't convinced for a moment that he learned his lesson. Anyone in their right mind, and out of it would do anything they could to get out of the fight. Besides, he screwed too many people to get off so easily. Others had honor to maintain, and a right to beat on him.
It seemed that Tommyco had drugged himself to make him look dead *cough* even though iti wasn't in his post *cough*. It was fine though, since he was heavily damaged. "Tommyco, this isn't about winning, or losing. This is about people teaching you a lesson." This was all very true, howveer Yukino had every intention on winning the battle. "Are you satisfied with this battle?" Stupid question, but she'd see the answer.
With Tommyco's back facing the other direction Yukino jingeled her bells casting an illsuion on Tommyco. To him he'd think that Yukino had said ``yes´´ and allowed Tommyco to walk as a free man. When really Yukino flash stepped to the now-in-an-illusion Tommyco and attempted to slash waist. ''No.'' Yukino said to Soifon.
If Tommyco somehow managed to dodge the attack while in the illusion then he'd stay in it, however if he didn't then he'd get out of it due to the amount of pain inflicted on him.
Sayuri made no motion or reaction as she watched the Vice-Captain face-off and defeat the 3rd Seat. Still her posture utterly unchanged, arms crossed under chest as she stood with a humorless expression on her face, while standing beside her Captain in silence.
When Tommyco picked his ragged self off of the ground after being quite handedly defeated by Yukino, and then used Shunpou to make his way over to Soifon attempting to do it by surprise with a smoke bomb. This only irritated Sayuri more, he was too slow for the likes of Soifon or even Sayuri for them not to see him coming from afar with his flash step.
After his claims to Soifon that he had learned his lesson, and Soifon completely disbelieving him Sayuri told him, her tone holding her bit of irritation, "Stop trying this showboating crap with Shunpou, you're not fast enough with it to surprise anyone here with it. It's also part of the reason that you're in this situation now. Because it looks like you're being hostile and stupidly attempting to be dominant. But it's only making you look more like the fool, and by proxy dishonoring 2nd Division and Captain Soifon as her 3rd Seat. It keeps exclaiming you are unworthy of the position."
As Tommyco was made to think yukino said yes he smiled and said "I lesson and I will not ever talk back anymore." but When yukino tryed to cut him 10 other men from the 2nd division shunpoed into the ring.
5 blocked yukino and 1 hit Tommyco in the gut. When Tommyco started to get out of the illsuion he said "what happen to me?" the man who hit him said "we have to get out of this place boss.
"Tommyco said "ok I don't need this squad" the man grabed Tommyco and they started to shunpo out of the ring with the othere 4. Then the other five stayed and said to the captain
" Sorry captain but are boss comes 1st before any of you others.You see Tommyco was in the Academy with use and we started a gang. He bet are old boss so he became the boss so we follow are bosses orders. But you don't have to kill use about so good bye." The 5 men trying to shunpo after Tommyco to help him if they can.
