Trial By Combat (Squad 2 business)

Soifon stands at the training grounds for Squad 2 with her arms crossed.
Underlings from the Onmitsukido surrounded the training area making it look more like a pit fight than any sort of ceremonial battle.
Other members of Squad 2 were allowed to witness this harsh punishment, and odds are other people form other squads were there to witness the harshness of Captain Soifon.

She waited for the three people to arrive, and the people that surrounded the training grounds would part to allow them in, then quickly close the gap.
Once inside there was simply no escape. Soifon would see to it personally that this battle took place, or that people were severely punished.

She would also make sure no one interfered in the fight unless it's to prevent escape.

Daigoro walked into the training grounds, his melancholy thoughts to himself over. He stood next to his captain. Daigoro stood outside the barrier, making sure that he was in the front row. He felt his jaw. Tommyco had dislocated it, and he had had a hard time of getting it back in there... He didn't feel hate, so much as anger. Tommyco had stepped out of line, and Daigoro simply wanted retribution. If this is what it would take, so be it.

Soifon hadn't seen the assault Tommyco made on Daigoro.
If he wanted to file a complaint, now was the time.

Walked into the training grounds, normally around Soifon she would appear timid and squeamish. However, at this moment she was there for the purpose of crushing an unruly individual who held no respect for their Division members and most importantly - to Sayuri - the fool was disrespectful to the 2nd Division Captain's orders and the 2nd Division Captain herself. For Sayuri these crimes are unforgivable, and to top it off he tried flaunting and showboating his "power" to Sayuri herself in an attempt for him to try and appear dominant. He is unworthy of his position were the only thoughts that when through her mind.

Naturally gravitating toward the one she feels most familiar with, Sayuri stood beside Soifon. Sayuri crossed her arms under her chest, and the expression held on her visage is the stoic, humorless gaze her peers of the Onmitsukido and 2nd Division who work with her are used to seeing from her.

Tommyco chizu walked slowly to the training ground thinking about what he got himself into."it looks like its about time for my fight."Tommyco walked into the training ground and walked over to Daigoro, Sayuri , and Soifon.

Tommyco then bowed and said hello captain Soifon, and crazy girl who fallows Soifon every where."Tommyco then walked over to Daigoro and bow."how are you doing Daigoro?I am sorry about what I did, if there is anybody in 2nd division I respect it is you Daigoro."

Tommyco put his hand on Daigoro back. "your one of my best friends Daigoro and I am shocked you don't feel the same way I do right now after that mission.Tommyco then looked at soifon and said " I respect every body in 2nd division captain.I even have a lot of respect for you and the vice-captain."

He looked at Sayuri and said we could have been good friends if you tryed to get to know me but to late for that now." Tommyco then looked back at Daigoro and said " if anybody should get payback it is you Daigoro.I should not have hit you so you can hit me back as hard as you can if you would like to."Tommyco smiled and said " Do it Daigoro, just do it."

It seems like Yukino was late. It was much of a suprise, afterall she wasn't exactly ``pumped´´ for this fight. She was standing in a tree with a masked reitsu watching the ring that was formed by the the Omni Militia. And of course, there was Tommyco, with his same ol' loud mouth. Then with a flash step, Yukino was in the ringo. '' Don't touch anyone, and keep your comments limited.'' She said with a face that stated nothing about her or her emotions.

Yukino withdrew her zanpaktou and placed both hands on it's grip. The moment Yukino had landed the battlefield Tommycos fate had been sealed, or so Yukino beileved. Only time would tell, however she was pretty confident considering that he was prepared for a kick from Soifon.

Daigoro grinned, clicking his knuckles. "Trust me, Tommyco. As much as I want to hit you back, grovelling like this won't make me want to hit you more. I have the utmost respect for you, Tommyco, both as a teammate and a friend. But, this fight is necessary to rein your emotions in. If Captain Soifon does not wish to fight you, I will ask to take her place..." Daigoro put his hand onto the hilt of his zanpakuto, his red eyes glinting in the sunlight...

Soifon watched Tommyco proclaim that he respected everyone in squad two... Her eyes narrowed and she scowled, "BULLSHIT!" she shouted as she called him on it. He's displayed none!

Soifon watched him converse with Daigoro, then turned to face the gathered people, "Attention Squad 2, and Onmitsukido! What you are about to witness is what happens when you become too reckless, and become a hazard to you, your squad, and others!" She announced to them with not so much a shout but a voice that projected.
"Emotions are not the enemy, and should not be reigned in too heavily, but neither should they make you wild, and chaotic!" She offered advice that Tommyco would likely ignore.

"For altercations against the squad, Tommyco is cast into a Trial by Combat! His first opponent is Yukino!" She said in a firm tone that was easily heard, and understood, "Now, Both report to the arena for the round of combat!"

"Friends?", Sayuri responded with an arched brow like she were looking at Tommyco as the rightful idiot he is, "You disrespect my Captain's orders and disrespect my Captain herself only after disrespecting the Vice-Captain and your own 'friend', and also made a hostile action against me when I had done nothing but stand there... and you think we could have been 'friends'? You are a deluded fool. Too late now you say? It was never a possibility to be begin with."

Sayuri remained stonding there beside Soifon, Sayuri's posture unchanged with her arms crossed under her chest awaiting for the "3rd Seat's" beating to commence as she looked on with her stoic, placid gaze.

As Tommyco was told by Daigoro he would taking soifon's place if she did not wish to fight Tommyco."Thanks Daigoro only a true friend would try to kick your ass so somebody strong won't kick your ass." Tommyco said in the form of a joke.

Then when Soifon yelled bullshit tommyco started to say "wow is that what everybody thinks about me."and as the 5th seat talked he said too her "my action was not hostile at all.I do think if I did not act the way I did I could have become your friend at that party.But sorry anyway." Tommyco said smiling at the 5th seat. Soifon then said "Attention Squad 2, and Onmitsukido! What you are about to witness is what happens when you become too reckless, and become a hazard to you, your squad, and others!" Tommyco took every thing she said to heart because he was leting his Emotions get to him, That is why he is in trial now. Tommyco then gets in the area and said "ok then lets get started Vice-captain. Oh and I am sorry about the way I was acting vice-captain." Tommyco smiled at her and got into his fighting stance.

A man then yelled "hold on."He took out a bag and a Zanpkuto and threw it to Tommyco.Tommyco then Bowed and said "thank you my friend."as he put on the big bag and zanpakuto."I can't fight without my zanpakuto and my other tools." Then others showed up all around the area looking at Tommyco.Tommyco looked all around at them and then looked at his zanpakuto to see there was red ink coming out of his zanpakuto's holder.He smiled and said "come on Vice captain lets start we don't have all day." He got back into his stance.
