With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.

(Well, Timtank, I warned ya, and now ya gone and done it. Ya pissed Soifon off.)
Soifon watched the whole thing go down. There was no way she'd let this happen!
She called up a miscellaneous member of Squad 2 to send a Hell butterfly message to central command. "ALL WHO HEAR MY VOICE! Those that have sided with Tommyco, and Tommyco himself are now fugitives from the soul society, and are sentenced to an eternity in Nest of maggots, or DEATH!" It didn't matter to her, which.
The hell butterfly flew off to central command to deliver the decree. Now all 13 squads were aware of Tommyco's fugitive status, and a decree to arrest or kill him, and his "gang," or who ever helps him.
Darts, and chains killed the gang members instantly as they tried to escape. They didn't even have time to get off the ground. They barely got to explain their actions. They were dead, dead, dead. All dead. Brutally killed, and it was Tommyco's fault.
Not that they had a shot in hell in getting out alive as hundreds of Squad 2, and Onmitsukido gave chase.
"Yukino, Sayuri, Daigoro, you're weapons free. If you see no other option than apprehending him, kill him," she instructed the three.

The second the order was given, Sayuri did not hesitate to act for even a second, she does precisely as her Captain orders her. A couple of the simpleton gang members had their heads crushed by Sayuri's heel with her devastatingly swift high kicks. A few droplets of their blood splattered on her left cheek. With her left thumb she whisked off the droplets off her face and flicked it off of her thumb nonchalantly.
Attentively her eyes sharply looked to Soifon the second she gave out the order to Yukino, Daigoro, and herself, "Understood, Captain...", immediately Sayuri complied to her, and with an inaudible mumble of, "Bakuda No. 21 Sekienton...", in an explosion of crimson smoke Sayuri vanished from sight, off on the hunt.
As Tommyco found out about what Soifon had told all squads to arrest or kill they had already made it under ground." Tommyco said I may have to go you guys the only way out is to get out is to let them take me in."
"Tommyco shunpoed away from his gang to let the shinigami take him in for what he did. Tommyco comes from under ground with his hads up as he said To the members of 7th division who was Close by "you can take me in now I give up."
The men then took him to soifon and he said to her " I still don't feel like I did anything wrong."As he looked at the ground and said " I am ready for you to take me to the Nest of maggots.

Daigoro landed behind Tommyco. "Giving up so quickly, Tommyco? I expected at least some sort of fight from you..." He held his zanpakuto up to Tommyco's neck. "You're still one of my best friends, Tommyco, but I can't take any chances with your possible treachery. If you are to be taken in, it should be with dignity, not just trying to fight your way out. Your biggest problem here was your pride. I think that we are all glad that you simply... gave up..."
"Hold on " I have been trying to say sorry about the truoble I have been making.I would let You take away my rank if I can stay out of that place.
" You put me into a tral I feel like I am being wronged right now."Tommyco looked at his friend who had a blade to him. IF you like just jump me right now bet me mindless but I have been trying to say sorry about the troble I have been making.I will even take a leave to get my mind right if that is what you would like.But you should not have to kill me captain."Tommyco said looking at the others.

Soifon appeared in a dazzling flash of speed, then stared at Tommyco, "Bring out your 'gang.' There will be no treachery in Squad 2... EVER!! They shall share your punishment."
Soifon stood like a petite monument as she spoke to Tommyco, "I -should- kill you. Your stupidity not only went to insulting seated members of my squad, but to me, and you cost me members of my squad! You've caused bloodshed among your comrades! You've cost this squad far more than you've given back."
She crossed her arms, "You'll be taken to Squad 1 captain Unohana for a an official punishment," she said with a frown, "And you'd best pray hard that it is not left in my hands, or you'll be our new training dummy."
She looked at Daigoro, Sayuri, and Yukino,"We'll escort him, and his gang to Captain Commander Unohana, and have him punished at her whim." Soifon didn't know how heavy handed the woman would be, but that was the way things went when people gave themselves up.
Shimmering into view a second behind Soifon she stood to Soifon's right side just behind her. Sayuri's placid gaze glaring at Tommyco as she rest her right hand on the handle of her sheathed zanpakuto ready to draw into an inverted grip to separate Tommyco's head from his neck upon the order of her Captain.
Without even having to glance to Soifon, Sayuri immediately complied as she kept her cold gaze on Tommyco ready to cut him down, "Yes, Captain."
(OOC - PLEASE dont get annoyed. Tommyco kinda deserves this...)
Daigoro sighed and shook his head. "Captain Soifon, please do not get pissed off with me for the next ten or so seconds... Unfortunately, this is the only way that I think I'll be a bit happier. Tommyco, please stand up. I'm afraid I need payback, seeing as I was unable to fight you..." Daigoro clicked his knuckles for a few seconds, pulled his right hand back, and gave Tommyco one of his most powerful right hooks.
Daigoro kneeled down by Tommyco. "Sorry about that buddy, but that punch back at the party, it kinda hurt..."
