It was a warm and humid day in the soul society the battle was over, but the memories of that day will sit with all that played a part in it for ever, it was at this time that the new Commander General known as Retsu Unohana. decided to call a meeting of the Division captains
As Unohana was walking in to the Division one meeting room, she pauses for a moment to look around knowing that she was once a captain, but now she has become the Commander is a huge step up from, being in one of the side spots Unohana then sits down on the chair and begins to summons messengers As they arrive they bow their heads and Unohana says to them.
“Ok listen I would like you to deliver this message to all captains, the message reads, To all Division captains, this is your commander you are to report to the Division one meeting room as soon as possible, for a meeting, to address matters that concern the further of the Soul Society.With that Unohana sits and begins to wait for the captains to arrive.

::Byakuya opened the two massive doors to the meeting room with ease. His kenseikan stood out against his black hair. He took his place in the appropriate number and stood there, waiting on the other captains.::
"Byakuya Kuchiki, reporting as ordered."

Hitsugaya Shortly arrives after Byakuya did, his captain jacket lifting due the wind from the door, he is still hurt but he then walked in and took his position and waited for the others to arrive " captain Hitsugaya reporting as ordered

Roiben entered the captains meeting room, his long, black hair slightly messly, and his eyes were slightly squinted. He walked across the meeting room and took his place, yawning on the way. He rubbed his eyes and stretched, trying to wake himself up, although these meetings were always so boring and dull.
"Captain Tsuihou, hoping this is important. I was in the middle of a very ejoyable nap before this meeting."
It was no surprise to him that Unohana had replaced Yamamoto as the new captain-commander. She was smart, calm, and more motivated than he or Shunsui.

Sajin walked in through the doors and quickly glanced at the captains that were there.He expected Byakuya and Toushirou to be there.He knew that all of the captains there were the most responsible of all.Sajin walked towards his spot and looked at general Unohana"Hello Commander General Unohana,Captain Sajin Komamura Reporting as ordered"Sajin looked away and stood straight and waited for the other captains to arrive.

(( ok due to plot reasons im going begins others captains may join and just read back))
Unohana smiled as captains begin to file in, it is good to know, that they still know how to act like captains, with that Unohana rises from her chair and begins to speak to the captains that arrived saying.
“Thank you for making it here on time. Ok this is long overdue but is time we spoke about the further of the Soul Society, we lost a few captains so are first topic is welcoming the new captain,captain Roiben, first well done on becoming captain of 5th Division im sure you will lead them to victory. And well done to all others captains here today, we lost a lot of fine men and women, their deaths will never be forgotten.
Next Topic of interest is reforming the security of the soul society and Divisions, even if it means reassigning Divisions to different jobs, it is needed, so My fellow captains, now is your time to throw your ideas out in the open about Divisions.such as who to promote within your divisions as well as your views on security, so we will start with Captain Kuchiki. So you have the floor Captain express any ideas you may have. with that Unohana sits back down.

’’ My my, I am late it seems’’
Shunsui was walking to the door of the first squad meeting place where the meeting of captains was once again being held. ’’ Unohana san sure has quite a position to uphold now hmm’’ he spoke to himself. With his right index finger he pushed up his hat and he straightened his shoulders. Opening the door as graceful as he could he tried to step in with the honor he should have as one of the oldest captains.
This effect however was quite disturbed by him being late and he smiled and asked for forgiveness. Looking at his colleagues he smiled as if he wanted to say; I’m sorry for being late. Ofcourse his mind was already making up three excuses why he was late. Well he would have needed an excuse if yama-yii would be still in charge. This was not the case and unohana had known him for hundreds of years so she would immediately know he had been drinking.
’’I uuuhm, I was in my squads barracks to uuhm….Handle some very important papers’’
He had nothing more to say to the people that were in this room as an excuse and he rushed to his place and looked around bored already.

Hikaru knew he was supposed to get to these things on time. But knowing and doing, or hell, even wanting were completely different things to the young Captain.
It had been almost 15 minutes since the messenger had come, and he still had yet to leave the office. It wasn't like he had been doing anything entirely important either. He was mostly just sitting at his desk day dreaming, his hayori draped across the back of his chair.
"Guess there's no helping it." he sighed, taking his feet from their resting position on his desk, and standing. Stretching out his body, he quickly nabbed the hayori from around the chair and shrugged it on, running a hand through his dyed black hair before heading out the door.
The sunlight was especially bright today, and upon exiting the 9th Division building Hikaru had to blink several times in order to allow his blue eyes to see clearly.
Taking a moment to consider the route to the 1st Division, he decided on shunpo, netting him a much speedier arrival time.
He approached the doors casually, pushing them open with one hand and swaggering into his spot in the line.
"Captain Hikaru Aurora, reporting."

Karel slowly walked into the doors just behind Hikaru. He silently stepped into the room and took his seat, not making eye contact with any of the other captains. Karel looked silent, cold, and calm, but inside he was a raging mess. Being in the same room with all of the strongest shinigami in soul society made it dificult to restrain himself. He gripped the hilt of his sheathed sword tightly while still maintaining a composed expression. "Karel Kensai of squad 13, present" he muttered

Roiben rolled his eyes and sighed. Leave it to the noble to get first dibs. He stuck his hands in his pockets and closed his eyes. Guess there was really nothing he could do about it. As for suggestions, her had a few of his own. Under his plan, there was no way they'd be defeated.
He started to wonder what Byakuya's suggestions were. Mandatory flower bankai's for every shinigami? Mandatory snobbyness? Nobles get first in the lunchline? Well, whatever they were, they were probably pretty lame.
