With the Captains suffering casualties and heavy injuries on their side, all hope seemed to be lost... until Shinji Hirako appeared, along with the rest of the former Shinigami. Though the aid of the Vizards certainly helped to draw the battle in their favor, it seemed Aizen's power alone proved too much for them.
His one seeing went wide, but he didn't release her, he just simply stared in shock at her madly blushing face. Though he would never admit it out loud, it was... cute when she blushed.
Chidren, children... now that was an aspect he hadn't thought about. Sure, Yachiru was like a daughter to him, and he had done a.. so-so job on raising her, so he knew how to take care of kids, right?
Then there was the aspect of moving in, and getting married. Now that was something that would have to be taken into account. That would take... some getting used to. “Gomen, gomen..."
He ignored her attempts to cover up he slip of tongue and simply smiled at her, brushing a hand through her long hair. "Well, we'd have ta get married first."
A smile tugged at the corner of the large captain's face and he pulled her into a kiss, this one was not really as gentle as the last one, moreso a firm one. His tongue brushed across her lower lip and gained access into her mouth wrestling easily withe her own. He smirked into her mouth and nipped her lower petal, before brushing his tongue over it to soothe it.
"Kids can come after that." Kenpachi grinned as he pulled back from her, taking in the dazed, love-struck face that he adored.

Aoide was surprised, she had been sure that such a comment would cause Kenpachi to drop her and run off into the sunset. But seeing as it was about midday, and the fact that Kenpachi had actually grinned down at her blushing face, Aoide would take that as a good sign. Then he kissed her again, this wasn't as gentle, but it was a reassuring hungry kiss that made Aoide moan a little. Her tongue ran against his, her fingers tightened on his robes as he bit her bootom lip then soothed it with his tongue.
Married, Aoide hadn't even let herself think of marriage...okay she had toyed with the idea. Would she even make a good wife to the Demon? Well he had a lot of enemies, at least she could defend herself if they decided to come after her in revenge to Kenpachi. She was a pretty good cook, though she wasn't very organized, she wasn't sure what all the things a wife did. She looked up at Kenpachi chewing on her bottom lip and then saw his smile. She would try her best when that day came!
She grinned, "Depends do you think Kenpachi the demon could take it being Aoide Sato's husband?" she asked putting up a finger a looking serious.
"Ya even have'ta ask?" He laughed, brushing his thumb along her cheek before pulling away from her. Man, was he getting mushy or what? If Ikkaku saw him there he wouldn't stop laughing.
Still, when did he start caring about what other people thought?
He hung around a little girl with pink hair after all. Was it so hard to believe that Kenpachi had found someone that he was willing to spend his life with? He took one look at Aoide and knew the answer. Hell yea.
Without another word, he slipped his arm around Aoide's waist and begun to walk down the road. "Ya know you'll probably have'ta lead the way home everyday right?"
He chuckled, what a lame flaw to pick out, still that was one that would be stubborn before every thinking of leaving. "Will Aoide Sato be able to handle Kenapachi, should be deh question."
Well, this had turned out to be an eventful morning, not that Kenpachi really minded. "Gaki." He just had to add that at the end.
"Psh, I'll get Yachiru to put up flags leading back to the living quarters, or get you a ...com..pase? It's what humans use to figure out what direction theyre going when they're in forests. Thoug I think Ikka-chan and Yumichika would laugh at you stooped over such an object," Aoide said her hand instantly reaching down and touching the hand that Kenpachi had around her waist. What a nice feeling to be so close to him, she really could spend forever near him. Aoide waggled her eyebrows at Kenpachi as she guided him down the left street instead of the right which he was going to take.
"Psh, I'm the only woman who doesn't fear you, or just idolizes you. And if you ever get out of line I'll just hit you on the head with a newspaper and go, 'bbbaaadddd Ken, no naked time for you,' see easy enough," Aoide said shrugging and chuckling a little, "That and I think I'm capable of healing you everytime you're in a fight as well as take care of Yachiru. Granted not every well yet, she likes tugging on my pigtails for pete's sakes!" Aoide pouted.
"Peh, Yachiru gets lost just about as much as I do." He growled and pulled her nearer to him the instant she put hand on his, like it was natural instinct. "N' I'll never use one of those things. No stupid... gad-jet thing is ever gonna help me get home."
"That's like... nevahmind." He didn't even want to explain how pathetic that'd be.

He resisted the urge to snort, and simply laughed. "I think ya'd be the one wantin' naked time. Meaning ya'd be the one suffering." He smiled gleefully in her direction, pretty sure of himself that he was right.
But no sex wouldn't be fun. Kenpachi inwardly thought.
"That and I think I'm capable of healing you everytime you're in a fight as well as take care of Yachiru. Granted not every well yet, she likes tugging on my pigtails for pete's sakes!"
"Ya'd probably end blowin' me up or somethin'." Though, he had never really seen her mess up when using Kido. He just knew that she wasn't very sure of herself in the that area. "N' Yachiru likes ya, otherwise she wouldn't even been payin' attention ta ya."
"Well don't you think you're high and mighty in that area," Aoide joked giving Kenpachi a playful push, "I'm pretty sure you'd miss it as much I would, after all I'm not the one practically tackling you after just a week break," she said her smile turning into a dirty thoughted grin. Hell yes she liked it, those rare night that Kenpachi was able to shoo Yachiru into someone else's care, or the occasion that Aoide actually slipped 10,000 yen to Yachiru and told her to go crazy in to Gotei 13 was some of the best times she had ever experienced.
"Che, I'm not going to blow you up, unless you piss me off baka," she said closing her eyes and resting her head against Kenpachi's chest as they walked. "And she only likes me because I keep sneaking her cake and candy when you're not looking and paying her off so we can have alone time," Aoide let out a sigh, "Not exactly motherly behavior you know."
"Peh, of course ya'd miss it more then me." He sounded waaay too confident, but he didn't care. He wasn't about to let her use that as a weakness against him. "I come after ya because I know ya miss it."
He felt like sticking out his tongue, they were being that childish anyways. But it would definitely be extremely weird to do something that stupid.
But he wasn't going to lie, if she really did say no sex, he would be mad. Kenpachi wasn't the type of person to force it onto someone either. It just wouldn't sit with him. The mutual sex relationship they had was more than good enough for him.
"Meh, ya'll adjust. Everyone wants to get rid of Yachiru at first." Kenpachi smiled at the memory. "But she's like superglue, once she finds ya, ya'll never be able to get away from her."
"Hell, if I could've, I would've. Back then when I first found her."
He smiled don't at her and absentmindedly brush his hand through her hair. "... I hope yer looking for where to turn."
"I'm sure that's the reason," Aoide said rolling her eyes and sticking out her tongue. Unlike Kenpachi she didn't have the reputation of being dangerous or serious and could be as immature as she wanted. Well, maybe being immature was a reputation of hers, but oh well. Granted, she had never met someone before that she didn't get bored of them within the first two weeks of knowing them. In fact her pervious dating history was pretty short, brief, and all of those guys she had been on dates with had bored the hell out of her. Most of them couldn't grasp the fact that yes, she could kick their ass, then they would challenge her, she's kick their asses and then they would limp away and never call her back. Oh well, at least she got free meals out of it.
'Well I don't want to get rid of her...okay sometimes I want to drop her down a well. But damnit that kid, sometimes I just wanna pritect her, you know?" Aoide said curling and uncurling her fingers a few times in the fustration, "If I wake up one more time with her having scissors in one hand and holding one of my pigtails in the other I might have to throw her into the turtle pond," Aoide said before chuckling, "She's like the little sister I never had," she added guiding Kenpachi to the turn.
The moment she stuck her tongue out at him, his head darted forward and caught her tongue between his lips, his own lashing across the tip of hers. It caused him to smirk deviously, being able to catch her off guard so easily.
After a moment, he let go of her tongue, but not before massaging it with his lips for good measure. If that didn't humiliate her for being so childish, he didn't know what would.
"Well I don't want to get rid of her...okay sometimes I want to drop her down a well. But damnit that kid, sometimes I just wanna pritect her, you know?"
"Ya know, Byakuya's like that..." Kenpachi commented offhandedly. "He acts like he hates her presence and how she completely disprespects 'im but... I know that he cares about her underneath that all. 'Sides, if he evah hurt her, he'd have meh to answer to."
"If I wake up one more time with her having scissors in one hand and holding one of my pigtails in the other I might have to throw her into the turtle pond."
He had to laugh at her comment, even though he didn't agree with that comment, he could relate. "Peh, it's yer fault for letting her into yer house." "She's like the little sister I never had,"
"Ah..." He nodded, "n' the daughter I never had."
They walked in thoughtful silence for the next couple minutes, before finally stumbling into the gates of Seretei.
Once Aoide got her breath back, yep Kenpachi was diffiently getting more bold with his display of affection, "For one I have never let her into my apartment, in fact I have no idea how she keeps getting in there. I've found her several time after partol in there playing with my instruments and human things. I've had to hide all of my adult things in places she can't reach," Aoide said sounding irriated and blew those few rebellious hairs out of her face, "And several events have been when we think we're safe for the morning and I wake up and there she is staring at me. It's creepy, she has a weird smile on her face and scissors in her hand. How in the hell is a child her age getting huge ass scissors like that? I doubt you have a sewing kit she's getting them out of."
"First daughter you've never had," Aoide then corrected Kenpachi sounding rather matter of fact holding up her finger, "There's always time to have others."
